Beautiful facility. Lovely, friendly staff. It’s a plus to have a full size refrigerator and washer/dryer in each unit. My mother in law will love the eat anytime dining option!

It was a beautiful facility. There was not any availability for immediate move in for what we were looking for but we asked to be placed on the waitlist.

1.Overall experience - 5 2.Cleanliness of the facility - 3 (I'm always cleaning their room & taking out the garbage) 3.Friendliness - 5 4.Quality of care - 3 (need to have more therapy or something to light their fire & get them moving) 5.Administrative staff - 3 (They're never there when I am) 6.Food - 5 (they said they get a lot of food for their meals) 7.Activities - 1 (They don't do any activities really) 8.Value for the money - 3

Staff are wonderful. Very clean, lots of activities. Wish they had a transportation option for getting out to shop, etc. room sizes generous.

I would recommend this facility to everyone. I always found that the staff took such good care of my dad while he was there. They all were compassionate and took the time to get to know him. My siblings and I extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Dimensions. Thank you for making [name removed] feel loved and at home from day one.

The staff here is very helpful and they come on time. The CNA the nurse is the white staff all try to make it a safe place for the residence. The building is really nice. It's new open and airy and the cost is great.

Apple Creek Place consists of 3 buildings that blend right into the neighborhood. The place was clean, stylish and the rooms are a nice size. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. It is a very nice assisted living.

We visited Garden View with Dad several times as this was his choice and we wanted him to make the best decision. Each visit we were greeted with a warm welcome and a smiling face. [name removed] showed Dad around each time and she answered all of his questions and introduced him to other staff and residents. We have not been treated like a number-Dad is treated like family and that is important. There are nearly 30 residents and A LOT of activities to keep Dad socializing and a part of a “community” there is NO isolation here. We are happy with 3 meals a day and round the clock snacks and coffee. Garden View is beautiful and clean. The outside patio/gardens are lovely! Dad has made the comment that “this is the nicest place I’ve ever lived.” They have a a little library/book nook and a beautiful sitting area, and outings for the residents - that is important to Dad. All of the staff are amazing and we are so happy Dad chose Garden view as his home.

A few things we liked most about the community is that the staff are good about communicating with me. They seem to be good about activities. The facility is clean and orderly and we would recommend Lino Lakes to others

The staff is very helpful to any questions you have and the care and patience they have towards the residents there are amazing, my family and I have been very pleased with this beautiful community and to know that my mom is always in good hands

It's a nice place. Has a home like feel to it and the staff takes their roles seriously and have a genuine care for the residents. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

We were very happy that we chose Lino Lakes Memory Care for our Mom. They took very good care of her and treated both her and us with respect. I would recommend them to anyone.

The people who met us were friendly and helpful. The building has personal space and community space--you could probably find a nice place outside of your room to be in your own space. Though we didn't participate in the activities, we could see that the residents were active and enjoying their programs.

My family member has lived in this homey memory care residence for more than six years now. (Originally run by [community removed], it has been operated by Dimensions Living for almost ten months.) The staff, some of whom have worked here for years, are patient, kind, and compassionate. They are well trained in caring for people with a broad range of dementia issues. I regularly see these caregivers use their knowledge to skillfully meet the individual needs of residents. The combination of the facility’s comparatively small size and the dedication of its staff makes for a warm, welcoming place, where family members and friends regularly join residents for meals and activities in a family-like atmosphere. After more than six years, we remain happy with our choice of memory care facilities.

I recently placed my wife in memory care at Mira and I am very impressed with every aspect of facility and staff,[Name Removed] admin introduced and welcomed me to facility. [Name Removed] demonstrated and provided the love, caring and comfort I was searching for during a difficult time. The staff and level of care has been exceptional and very comforting to myself and family. I have no doubt that they are committed to the welfare of my wife...I feel blessed and very thankful.

We felt my mom was well cared for. The staff were very professional and caring. The facility was very clean and safe. We were very pleased with my mom's room. I would recommend this facility to others.

Facility is clean, modern, and luxurious. Staff is friendly and interacts with residents. Residents are alert and happy. The in-house chef will custom make the food.

The staff is incredible. They were very helpful. The building is beautiful. Very warming to walk into. And it's is kept up superbly.

They were very informative and willing to work with us on money issues and making us feel very comfortable that they would be taking gentle care of our loved one.
