I only lived in Independent Living so I had very little contact with staff members. The activities were mediocre, our room size was good in a villa, the dining options were limited, and the food was fair.

During my tour I was extremely pleased with the staff and their attentiveness and kindness. Place was clean and well cared for. Encouraged me to bring personal items to make it as home like as possible.

It's a fairly new facility. Independent living residents are in condos while assisted living and memory care units are in the main building. Staff is very responsive. Food is very good. I would definitely recommend it. My mom has been there almost a year now and I don't have any real issues.

Haven't had a lot of interaction with faculty/staff so much since I live outside in one of the villas. Everyone has been nice. I know the price is less than other 55+ communities in area. My villa is spacious compared to an assisted living apt. Could use more storage - especially a linen closet . I did see an independent living apt in main building and it was really nice and also seemed to be spacious. They are having issues with landscaping company so outside is pretty much a mess - being assured they are doing what they can to resolve the issue - I believe the contractors hired them not Kingsbury so there lies the problem.

Very accommodating, wellness director is awesome. They take time and listen and handle anything that comes up.

The people are engaged and caring. Clean and nice facilities. A cut above ANY I have visited.

The facility is very clean and well-maintained inside and outside. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is good and a large variety is offered. Cleanliness is amazing the interiors as well as the grounds are quite clean. I've been here a week and I know I will enjoy living here. Thank you for recommending it.

The Staff is very nice and are able to answer any questions I have or readily find/person who can. I have had a few meals or visited during lunch/dinner. The room my Sister has is perfect for her, she doesn't spend a lot of day-time in it, she's very involved in the activities! Overall She Loves it, often tells me "Shes so happy we found Kingsbury for her"!

The directors and staff really seem to love their jobs and have a deep caring for the residents. The facility was clean and well maintained. Lots of daily activities for the residents to participate in. The apartments were spacious and well kept

This is a great place for those who need assistance, but do not want to part with pets!

Mom has lived in assisted living at Park Place for over 3 years now, and has had an amazing experience! The staff are wonderful and caring, and really take time to get to know each resident. The office staff responds quickly to questions, the dining, nurses, and aides pay attention to individual needs, and the activities staff are so creative and attentive! Mom will be moving soon to be closer to me, and it was an incredibly difficult choice for both of us, as she so throughly loves living at Park Place, and I feel so good about her care there. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone considering.

It is amazing!!!! I mean it. I would never believed there would be a place like this for my dad. It's gorgeous for starters. Views out big windows of trees etc. But honestly the people at the top Sarah and Sandra have worked in ways I can't imagine to welcome my dad. They really integrate the tenants gradually according to their own pace. They have eased my heart and soul in putting him there. The staff is amazing. Easy to talk to. Each person there is in tune to each tenants needs. I don't know how they do it. We have several friends who have recently taken their lived one there. We talk and are all shocked at Brookdale! It's hard to take a loved one somewhere. All of the horror stories. Well this place is open and transparent. Nothing and no one is left hidden behind closed doors! I suggest it to anyone looking for a place to engage their loved one whatever level of care they need!

My dad was not there very long before he passed, but they made sure he was comfortable, well feed. His room was always clean. And the people were very patient with him and very helpful when he needed anything. They were great.

Mom's been there less than 2 months, but we are pleased with the service. She really enjoys the food and the restaurant style dining. Happy with cleanliness, amenities, staff.

Overall, it's great. The staff are engaged and communicative. They respond to his needs in a timely manner and are proactive. The facility is clean and has no smell. The apartment is small, but that's intentional in memory care.

The staff is great. Directors, Parker and Sean, always take time to talk with me. The nurses make me like we've got relatives working there. The food is fantastic. They bring in great entertainment and lots of activities. I feel so good about mom being there. They really watch out for her. The nurses make me FEEL like we have relatives working there.

The facility was very clean and up to date. Everyone I met was very friendly and answered all my questions plus took me on a tour. It seemed like a very active community and everyone seemed happy.
