I found the two ladies I spoke with to be professional and helpful. My life was actually saved by your agency. My relative has a home that she loves and can afford. I can't thank you enough. The accommodation s are great, and clean. The questionnaire I guess doesn't send this information to you. I am very very pleased. Continue to help us elderly people with the class that was shown to me and my family.

The price and value of Briarwood Manor was a big decision factor for our family, it is very reasonable. The apartments look nice, but the hallways and stairwells we believe are getting updating here soon, they are just a little older looking. However our loved ones stuido apartment is very nice and a perfect fit for him.

The community is very loving and caring. They are probably the only community in the area that hasn't had any cases of COVID in their community. The community regulations sometimes seemed harsh, but at the same time I feel that my loved one is safe. My loved one enjoys the community. The staff is very accommodating to the family and residents. The staff finds a way to make my loved one laugh everyday. This community is convenient for us, as it is less than 15 miles from our house.

Briarwood Manor Apartments has a very good plan for entertainment to keep the residents happy and engaged. They have a wonderful onsite library, a pool table, and an onsite beautician, and always adding more things. We are really pleased and glad that we got this apartment!

I personally thought that the cost was a little high for me, for a place not having a regular sized sink and no oven. I didn't notice there was no oven until I was already committed. They have quite a bit of activities. They do bingo, bus rides, going to the senior center to eat lunch. I don't participate but they play a lot of games and they have cook outs and things. I don't have any complaints about living here. It's clean and nice. The only complaint - and it's not even a complaint - is that is has no oven. It makes it inconvenient.

Great location & price! It's close to the shopping center, Metrolink & the Kaiser Clinic. The Manager is very nice. And, the place is clean & safe! It even has a library & computer center!

Olivewood garden has been good so far! Neighbors are friendly. There's some strange surrounding loud sounds once a week. Not sure if it's coincidence with someone doing fireworks or what but it's consistent. Hopefully stops because it is very startling. My sisters and I were looking for a place for my mom that was 55+ community and with the countless options online we were feeling overwhelmed so we found a place for mom that helped us find exactly what was in our budget and checked all of our boxes. Olivewood garden is a gated community with friends staff and neighbors that overall made the transition very easy. I feel confident that my mom is now in a safer place.

When looking for senior living for my dad there were not many affordable options. He did apply at Briarwood in Montclair, CA. He was accepted and they did have some availability. So grateful for the referral from A Place for Mom. Truly came through for our family.

The Brairwood Manor Apartments was a very nice place. They don't really let you tour because there is always people living there. The reason I chose another community was because they called me first with availability.

No oven read reviews not a good fit. I cook my meals

Strictly a senior apartment complex. Not sure if that is what we want. Will try to see if nothing else fits!

My place have roaches and it was really, really dirty. I had to clean up the place myself stuff left in the cabinets from the last tenant that was really really filthy. That was so much stuff wrong with my apartment that I can't even explain it all. I'm still cleaning up and I only been here one month. I should've looked around a little bit longer and found me maybe a cleaner place I was looking for something cheaper, got but at the same time, my place was filthy the manager who cleans up around here they did not clean up my apartment when I first when they show me the apartment you know every day looks fine and dandy, but soon as I moved in, I start seeing all types of problem. I made a mistake by moving into this apartment (looking for something cheaper)... cobwebs no shelves in the oven which they now have cabinets are filthy cobwebs ceiling plan so much dust I can write my name in it. Yes I made a big mistake. Every time I look around I see stuff it just shouldn't be. yes I can't wait till my lease is up a place where mom's this place sucks. I'm telling you I'll give that place a big zero.

First of all I'd like to tell you to never ever send anybody to live in this horrible place! Is infested with cockroaches to the point the health department should have been called years ago. It's so bad here they can't keep a manager for 5 months or more. All the complaints about other tenants, especially my complaints about the one upstairs with excessive noise, none of the rules of peace and quiet are kept here or enforced by anybody. Anybody that has had to leave a home and move into a facility like this, they may be better off buying a trailer to live in. I thought about that, too late now.

If you want cancer from secondhand smoke come live here! The tenants are allowed to smoke in their units or they don't stop them from doing it. The place is old and the carpet on the second floor is disgusting... Sometimes this place looks like a homeless camp with shopping carts all over the complex. Make sure you tour the entire complex after 5 pm that's when the smoking and [Removed] begins.

This place doesn’t deserve even a one star rating. It was clean and well maintained 7 years ago under a different manager. The current manager and staff are horrible, the manager and staff smoke , and sine of the residents smoke in front of the building. You get the smell of a dirty ashtray when you first walk in the doors. They keep the downstairs area clean, but when you go up to the second floor, you see filthy, stained worn out carpet. They also have a roach investigation, which they are not doing a good job controlling. Maintenance takes way to long to do repairs. My advise stay clear from this place.

This place smells like a Vegas Casino! Half the tenants smoke in their units, which is a violation of city code! However, management does nothing about it. Plus, the place is dingy and the carpet on the second floor is stained and stinks to high heaven! Most of the residents are lowlifes. I'm currently trying to find a better place to live.
