When our mother-in-law, [name removed], entered hospice care, we didn’t realize how little time we had left with her. The process moved far more quickly than we could have imagined, and we were still trying to catch our breath when she quietly slipped away. But in those final days, she was surrounded by a level of care and compassion that brought us comfort in the midst of heartbreak. Though [name removed] was no longer verbal, slept most of the day, and barely ate, the staff treated her with such tenderness and respect. They celebrated every small bite she managed to take, and they loved on her as if she had been part of their family for years. They read to her, kept her clean and comfortable, and made sure she was never alone. The facility itself was warm, peaceful, and always spotless. It didn’t feel like a caretaker facility—it felt like a home. The other residents were clearly well cared for and at ease, which only deepened our trust in the environment we had placed [name removed] in. We are so grateful for the kindness and dignity they gave her in her final days. Even though we didn’t know we were saying goodbye so soon, we are thankful that her last moments were spent in such a loving and gentle place.

I would give them a 5 on all items. My husband has been in hospice care since [date removed]. Yes, I have recommend Seasons at Laguna to other families.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+++. The staff were amazing-- kind, gentle, attentive, very professional and competent. So thankful you helped me find them for my husband.

I would give them all 5s. My overall experience with them was wonderful and my mother received excellent care. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your loved one is comfortable, well-fed, checked on frequently, medical and mental needs are monitored also. They communicate with the family and the home is clean and sunny. I would highly recommend Season at Laguna 2.

The home has a nice floor plan with separate bedrooms for each resident, a large kitchen and living area, plus a lovely back yard. The caregivers are loving and responsive to the residents, and welcoming to visitors. The owners made the move-in process as simple as possible, and remained available by phone and email to answer any questions. I would recommend Seasons At Laguna to anyone who needs consistent, hands-on care.

Everything is going pretty well for my father at this community. It is a very nice community and everything looks great and very clean. The staff is very helpful and kind to him. They offer great activities and fine food. It has been a great experience for us and I would recommend this community.

I toured here, and it was a nice place. Everyone was friendly, and it was clean. They didn't have the availability that we needed at the time we were looking, so it wasn't the one we chose. It was nice though.
