Options is a well-run company that provides excellent support. They were always available to answer questions and guide us through the process of setting up care for my parents. I feel relief knowing that my parents are in good hands.

All of the people that I dealt with were very compassionate and caring. I had help the very next day.

They stayed in touch, just to make sure things were going okay. They listed to what I needed.

Although my friend declined all of the help, guidance, and advice. [name removed] was amazingly helpful, caring, and patient. She went above and beyond, and I'm grateful and thankful for having worked with her.

Fantastic. [name removed] was perfect. There was very little to do but she figured out how to be supportive and keep my mom safe (watching through the window so she wasn't on top of my mom but my mom couldn't see her so it was perfect). [name removed] understood my mom's personality and handled her excellently- which is tricky cuz my mom is picky:). My mom gave rave reviewed when [name removed] left. If we need an aide next year we will absolutely request Latasha. She was lovely, professional, reliable, and easy to work with. And the coordinator, addy (?) and her stand in the day before the trip were both amazing. Attentive and made sure everything was all set. Even called on her day off to ensure all was good to go (we came from Boston for a week). HIGHLY recommend ur agency (which is why we booked you again for the second year's vacation).

Even though we just lost a candidate because she wasn't comfortable with my sister's condition, she decided not to return. But thank God for [name removed]! She has been very supportive and helpful in trying to find us another caregiver.

My moma has had this company for a few months. The caregivers are beautiful sweet ladies inside & out, thank you [name removed] for looking after my mother’s care with the utmost respect & love! [name removed] is the staff nurse & has been very attentive to my mom’s needs as well!

I would need to answer it for 2 different situations - [name removed] was a 5 - The 2 aides very disappointing. Scheduling was good. On paper they could do what I needed that's why I went with the organization. The first aide started out ok but was not reliable. She would switch days, show up late, call out at the last minute. The second aide I thought understood what the first aide did and would not be that way. She had different issues. She had transportation issues and would ask me or my husband to take her home. Then after speaking with [name removed] I explained to the aide what I needed done and then she didn't show up the next day. So at that point I canceled services.

I felt that Options for Senior America handled everything extremely well. I was thrown off when we had the problem with the girl not showing up. But that really wasn't no reflection on the company. If I think with all the problems I had when we first moved here with the other agency & my trying to get all my husband's new doctor appointments set up I was overwhelmed & frustrated with everything in general. I do know that if my granddaughter's find that they can't no longer help me ,I wouldn't hesitate to notify Options for Seniors again.

My personal caregiver was fantastic. She was always on time and dependable. Office staff was also considerate and accessible.

They were able to meet our needs in terms of live-in and then transition to part time day care. They were flexible in finding the timeframes we needed. Questions to ask: What experience do the caregivers have? How long have they been doing the work? And ensure they are matched to the need (i.e., eldercare vs disability)

we've had a couple of issues with lateness because our caregiver's early morning work runs over sometimes. She's friendly and hardworking, and makes my grandmother feel comfortable. She cleans, cooks, and does PT. The company communicates clearly and was able to coordinate prompt care. We would definitely recommend their services to others. Thank you all so much for putting us in touch with them.

Seniors/elders sometimes don't like to be changed. Always gently check to make there is no need for change. Don't just ask and take their word for no I don't need to be changed. The services I received was good. My experience from beginning to end was pleasurable. The process was easy and efficient. I would use the company again.

We chose Options for Senior American because it was new and I wanted to try it since they are close to me. All of the owners and caregivers have been very helpful.

[name removed] was excellent to deal with. The care giver he sent for my husband was amazing. I don't know what we would have done without [name removed]. She was only with us for 3 days as my husband passed away.

I cannot recommend A Place for Mom enough for their outstanding support in helping us find the right caregivers. My elderly parents have been receiving their services for the past year, and the difference it has made in their lives is remarkable. The caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to ensure my parents are comfortable and well-cared for. My parents have grown incredibly fond of their caregivers and look forward to their visits. We are truly grateful for the care they provide.

Such a great experience and a blessing to see my mom in such capable hands. We were worried about her needing to leave her home but with Options for Senior America, we were able to give her what she wanted and needed which was to stay in her home in a safe environment with loving caregivers.
