She is extremely pleasant and I do not worry when she is there. The important thing is that my son likes her and trusts her. Being autistic, he can be very suspicious and paranoid.

The administrators were kind, responsive and efficient. The caretakers were kind and attentive to my father. When the first caretaker had some scheduling difficulties, the administrators quickly found a dependable replacement, who was wonderful.

The advocate connected with the family and staff and helped to move the process along. Unfortunately, 90 days after returning home, she died. It was her treatment by the rehab facility and family, I believe, hastened her death. The advocate was great. The rehab staff and family, not so. Yes, I would recommend

Options for Senior America was very helpful in caring for our mother during this very difficult time. They were very professional, supportive and caring in the care they provided to our mother. The mother/daughter caregiver support worked very well for our needs in that they were able to step in for each other when necessary which prevented the need for sending a new caregiver for my mother to be introduced to which would have presented a problem for her. Overall the experience provided us with the best supportive care we could have asked for in such a sensitive situation. We are truly thankful for a job well done by both caregivers!

Very reliable, usually early to start and stays until not needed anymore. They started in two days and fell right into place. Exceptionally friendly, even came to see the patient in the hospital on their own time. The quality of the person in my home was superior.
