Very happy with the place. The staff are marvelous, always helpful. Apartment size is quite adequate. Not quite the same as a house but better than many apartments. Food is adequate. Portions. Still miss Home cooking broke down and did it the other night. I hope this gives you enough information. I would definitely recommend this place. You can call me if you need anything else. Thank you so much for the help in the past.

The meals and dining, activities and value for cost would get a 4-5. My Dad is getting used to living there & now has a social life. The Staff have been amazing & he loves the food. We ate there 2x & it was fine. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend Holiday Rock Creek to others.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The premises are clean, well maintained, and create a pleasant environment. Overall, it was a great experience.

I literally could not find anything. I was not pleased. The sales manager, general manager, and office manager were in sync and really phenomenal to work with. The facility is beautiful. It’s been remodeled in the past couple of years and everything is just beautiful. If you are considering an independent living facility, I would definitely check this place out.

This facility is over 30 years old but has been completely renovated. The inside is beautiful. The outside leaves a little to be desired- but the resident will be inside most of the time.

Crystal View Lodge is a pleasant facility with bright, spacious common areas and good sized tenant units. The main floor presents with a high ceilinged lobby area, a bright dining room & a 3 storey atrium with high back chairs beneath it. Some activity rooms are found nearby. A 24/7 cafe is well stocked within the dining room. Apart from the Lodge, it also has a collection of tenant "cottages" as standalone units. A good facility for seniors who may still enjoy independent living in Ottawa' s Centrepoint community.

Everyone was very friendly. They were well prepared for our visit. I felt they answered questions honestly and gave a good feel for life there. We had lunch and I was impressed with the quality of the food and service

The food is very good. We eat a lot of chicken which I believe almost everybody's getting tired of but okay. For just being there for I think 4 months, it's very nice, very nice. Everybody's cool. I don't think my wife and I couldn't move to a better place. everyone out here seems like family and with a great stab and just a great atmosphere,

Staff is incredibly wonderful. Building kept clean and orderly. Residents very friendly. For the cost of 1 bedroom honestly kitchen area way to small. No countertop space at all. Small for the cost.

I'm loving it here! I have many new friends and the staff is great. I highly recommend it here.

My sister actually visited the facility and sent pictures, asked questions and loved the place. We are looking for a 2 bedroom for independent living and would like to be place on the waiting list. Very nice facility. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Residents were also friendly and seemed happy there. We were shown 3 different floor plans, and all of them were appealing. The grounds were well maintained.

[name removed] was delightful. Due to the weekly Catholic mass and monthly confessions, my father is considering this for the fall.

The manor has a warm and a home feel to it. Staff are very friendly. The building is clean and well maintained. The rooms we looked at were a good size, had a/c and a balcony.
