I felt the care was genuine and it took the stress off of me to interview the potential facility. I would recommend to others.

The person who toured me was kind and thoughtful. Very warm. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I have a big decision to make. I liked the theater, they were playing bingo and I like bingo. The atmosphere was warm. The residents seemed to like the staff and each other too.

What we like the most about the community is the kindness of the staff and yes we would recommend Luxe Life Senior Living at Ignite Medical Resort St Mary' to other families based on the experience so far.

I can’t express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my grandma received at Ignite Medical Resort. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable and welcome. The therapy program was nothing short of amazing! The team tailored a plan that suited her needs perfectly, and she showed incredible progress thanks to their dedication and expertise. The therapists were not only skilled but also compassionate, making every session a positive experience. The entire facility is beautiful, clean, and inviting, with a warm and caring atmosphere that made my grandma feel at home. I highly recommend Ignite Medical Resort to anyone looking for top-notch care and therapy!

The staff here treated my dad like family all the way up until he passed. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The food was good and they have a ton of options to choose from. There are daily activities to keep residents busy throughout the day. They also have in house physical therapy. If you’re looking for an assisted living I highly recommend Ignite Medical Resort St. Mary’s.

Excellent community. They truly show that they care and that your family matters. It's more than just a business. Close to my home, very professional and courteous administration staff. It was recommended by a few family friends who had experience with them.

Anything less than a 5 star review for Ignite just makes no sense & is frankly uneducated. I challenge anyone to find a better Skilled Nursing Facility anywhere. Friends and family in the healthcare industry have been blown away by the level of care our father received & we will be forever touched by the heartfelt, sincere staff at every level. We cried happy tears here so many times due to the kindness and “extra mile” by so many different staff members. We love you all & are so thankful you were a part of Dad’s journey to get his spark back! ;)

What stood out was they genuinely cared for my mom. I had heard stories about other facilities and felt at ease with my mom being a resident there. My only suggestion is that they would consider volunteers to accompany residents. The staff was great! From the nurses to PCA, to med techs, to housekeeping. The PCA were kind, compassionate and tender with my mom. There were 2 staff members that coordinated activities which included bingo, bday parties, movie watching, chair yoga, and manicures. My mom loved the interaction with staff and residents who were able to interact. The housekeeping was excellent! My mom loved the person assigned to her, (name removed). I would highly recommend Vibralife El Paso living center for both Assisted Living and Memory Care!

We had a great tour experience with Wickshire Norman. It is an assisted living facility and that is just not what my loved one needed at the time. We were looking more for independent living with the option to add on additional care if needed.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Not only the staff but [name removed] the director is so involved with the residents and other staff. This really impresses me. [name removed] goes out of her way to make sure things are right. The staff communication with the family is great! There are three meals a day provided to the residents and they have choices to choose from.

I would recommend them. They have been extremely helpful, responsive and patient.

We will be moving my loved one into this facility soon because of renovations happening at the other Wickshire. When we toured this facility we noticed it is a much bigger facility but a very nice place. I have heard from others that they are going to be building a new larger memory care unit.

My aunty just got discharged from this facility and my experience was wonderful. The nursing care my aunty got was great. I will recommend this facility to my love ones and anyone that is looking for a great facility with great nursing care and rehab.

The nursing staff went over and above in taking care of our loved ones. The staff is very friendly and the community offers great value. The food is also good and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

While our loved one was there we had a good experience, and the community was very clean. The staff members and care services were very good. However, our loved one was not a big fan of the meals and she did not get into the activities, but we did think it was a really good value.

The rooms are very spacious with an open floor plan. You have your own restroom and shower with a big walk-in closet. The free cable is also a great plus. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for good activities, food, company with quality care.

Very nice facility, but they only accept patients who need single person assistance since the assisted living quarters are on the second floor. There are also almost at capacity. They have a very large rehab room since they are also a skilled nursing rehab facility. They will accept some respite patients, but NOT if they require 2 person assistance.

We loved the it. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The price was in my loved ones price range. We will probably be placing her here. They are working with us to provide the best care for my mom in law. The place is very clean and welcoming

My mother has been in the long term care portion of this facility for almost a year. She suffers short term memory loss and has a very difficult time answering the telephone. The staff is amazing. If I call once and let it ring a few times and then hang up and call back a few minutes later, the staff is always right there to answer the telephone for her. There is nothing more important to my Mom's quality of life than the telephone and her connection to the people in her life who live too far away to visit regularly. Thank you!

I took a tour with [name removed] before I ever consented to having my mother in law come here, we had lots of options. My mother in law has now been there for the past two weeks, her improvements are remarkable! The entire staff is friendly and loving! It is extremely clean, lighting is great, rooms are comfortable, they are pet friendly, receptionist is always on duty! The beauty shop is clean, prices are great, she does a fantastic job. We have ran into other friends that are clients there, everyone is happy. You can feel confident about having your loved one stay with ALL these people!
