I toured this community and thought it was very nice! The staff was very friendly and welcoming.I was toured several communities and this was my favorite by far!Unfortunately, I was not able to move in because the cost was too much.

The staff at the Pointe Defiance Village were awesome. I can't say one bad thing about the place. The food was very good and the service was as well. They were very quick at any request and very professional. They are a 10/10 in my book.

I toured this community when I was looking for a community. I liked the staff who were nice and friendly. The menu looked appealing. I think that this is a good community to move into. I would recommend this community for care.

I am happy that my grandmother is doing so well here. The community is very clean. She likes the variety of the meals. The staff is very nice and friendly. She is participating in activities. We would recommend this community to others.

I like the care here for my mom. The community needs a little improvement on the meals and they need to make sure that they have enough for everyone. They do have activities that she is now getting involved in. I like the area of the community and would recommend other families for the care for a loved one.

Moving to the Mesa View was a good choice for my mother. The place suits her very well, everyone is very nice there. They provide 3 meals a day which is very good! They have many activities available but she is waiting until the weather gets a little better to join. We are happy with the way things are going.

My mother is doing great since she moved to this community. It is a very nice facility, and I'am comfortable with her move here. She enjoys the staff, and especially the handyman. Everyone has been very friendly, and helpful. There is always an activities going on, she has gotten involved in a few of them. The meals are perfect. The sever the right portions, and the food taste great. Everything is working out very well. This is a community I would recommend.

The staff have a done a good job of keeping the sidewalks and parking lot clear and salted. The staff are very helpful, cheerful and enjoy there job. The staff are eager to help. The food is pretty good. They offer daily activities. The community is clean, bright and open. I would recommend Charbonneau.

I toured this nice community. I found the staff were friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. They have a nice variety of meals and great activities. This would have been a great place for me, but a little more then what I could afford. I would recommend the community to other families for great care.

The place is great, I love all of the staff and management. Everyone is very friendly and the complex is very nice. The only thing we have had a problem with is the meals. They don't always serve her what she was looking forward to. The right at home service doesn't always deliver the things we order but it is mainly the kitchen staff's fault. Other than that, I am very happy with the place.

It was many things together that made Point Defiance Village our choice for our mother's new assisted living move. Despite the months long process for my brothers and I acting on the realities of having a parent with dementia and the dementia with the parent. It was the staff that was there at every turn that has made all the difference. Mom is thriving, In a little over a month's residence we've all learned and trust their motto"A cruise ship on land" I have equated the experience to having a child going away to college and they adjust to dormitory living. [Removed] was the common denominator from the sales department that emerges. For me at age 65, I even should be quoted as having said that "I'd Like to Live there"

I like see my friend doing so good at this community. He is pleased with the vairety of meals that are offered. The community is outstanding and clean. He is always busy with the activites as much as possible. I happy to see that he has good care for the value. I give this commuinty a high recommendation for the care and value

The people and the place is lovely. I will definitely consider this property. I was told the services start at 1600.00 but a small independent apt is 2200.00.

We are very happy with the care that are receiving here for my mom. This community is very clean and maintained. The staff are very caring and helpful. She is really liking the meals. They offer her activities, but she has not participated yet. I highly recommend this care to other families for a loved one.

I am happy with the care from this community. the staff are very nice nd very patient and caring to her needs. They offer activities, bingo and small road trips locally. The meals are nice and appealing. We were very happy with the size of the room and the community. We would highly recommend the care and value here for other families.

I am very happy with this community/ The staff is nice and caring in a short period of time. There is a good variety of meals, they could use a little improvement..I do like the activities that are offered like bingo, and sometimes a small trip. The community is nice and well taken care of. They do offer church services for everyone. I recommend this community, but families might want to see for themselves on what is available here.

My tour of the Maplewood Estates went great. The place was beautiful, if it were my choice, I would have chosen this place. The reason we did not is because it was bigger than what we were looking for. My mother wanted something smaller and more home like. But the community was great, very clean and the tour guide was over the top.
