The Oaks at Lebanon staff say they are going to do certain things and they don't. Dad will tell them he isn't coming down for dinner and the staff ask if they can get him anything. He will ask for something and they never come back. Also dad has a urinal next to his bed and the staff are supposed to empty it and it never happens. They just don't seem to follow through. One thing I did appreciate is we got dad a bigger room but it is further from the amenities so he had to have a wheelchair to get around. When a closer unit became available they moved him and I appreciated that. The main staff that works there are really nice and helpful.

The staff there at Emeritus at The Plaza is really friendly and everyone is also really helpful and my mother-in-law who is staying there really likes them very well, so that is a big major plus to us.

Very nice facility and wonderful welcoming memory care unit. Are currently finishing chanel o er in ownership and doing some renovations. Memory care rooms are shared bath separate sleeping rooms style - dorm feel. They have 1 or 2 couple rooms but rare usage. Staff was open and welcoming.

My Dad has been at Sandia Springs for 3 weeks,and really likes it.He has met several residents that are friendly and welcoming.I choose it because the people who run it are so helpful,approachable and caring.

Aspen Ridge was very accommodating given the circumstances of my fathers needs. They accepted him on a very short notice. We arrived close to midnight after a very trying and long trip to their facility and the director was there to meet us and get us settled in. Making for a nice transition from his previous facility.

We pulled our loved one out of the facility, we weren't there very long. We felt that they were being over medicated. I came to visit one day and found an injury, and I had never even received a call about it. It wasn't working for us. We never really complained, we just moved.

Some younger residents $35-3600 , fridge and micro ,need to pay phone, call for appointment in morning

My mother was there for two weeks. For us, it was not so good. The licensed nurses, PTs and Social workers were great! However, The caregivers seemed more concerned with folding the table napkins than for caring for residents. The CNAs or cargivers that interacted with mom and I did not know the answers to basic questions like: When is laundry day? The answer that I got is, "I don't know." She was there for control of her heart medication but was not allowed out of bed unless a staff person was with her because they were afraid she'd fall. She lives independently at home. She hated staying in bed all day with nothing to do. No one ever helped her walk with her unless it was PT. So, for her rehab-not so good. I will find another facility next time.

Nice place more assisted living then I'd like.

I think it’s a good value for the money, but not the best value that’s out there. They’re going to through a transition with the food – so I’d give the food a three. There is enough parking. We have two dogs so the community is pet friendly which is very good for us. We don’t do much with the activities that they offer.

friendly staff... no PT...had assisted living no PT program...residents did not seem engaged or very active...

no additional levels of care needed for Hollis which start at an additional monthly charge. Doctors can examine him there and accept Medicaire. facility will be having new construction work started; 13 years old, l50 assisted living bed, 30 private apartments. 75% women. Food o.k. two story/elevator no smoking second level. must provide own furniture in semi room. laundry done lx week. Convenient location for family.

Looks good from the outside, lots of activities and good menu.

Near Washington Square off of Hall Blvd. Across from Metzger Park with good walking paths. Felt lonlier than the others.

Art Classes, Raised Garden Beds, Computer Classes, nice people, close to hospital, assigned seating in dining room, pets are allowed, nice apts., kitchenette small

This facility looked extremely run down and was not clean. The staff were nice but not very personable. It was just not the right fit for us.

Right now we're in Covid lockdown for over two weeks now. There's no communication about what's going on and not going on. I finally have an appointment for a new primary doctor, and the doctor says I have to have a negative Covid test to go to my appointment. But no one in the community wants to mess with me so I can get the test. And it's driving me crazy. The food here is absolutely terrible. It's too salty, not good quality and I want out. I understand that Covid is a big deal and we need to be locked down, by there's just no communication. So I'm very frustrated. I like the people who work here. But there's nobody to talk to. And the manger doesn't seem to be around. They have town hall meetings, and it seems like this food thing has been going on for a long time. There are many people who are very frustrated about it. I do like like my room, but if things don't improve, I would consider moving.

I first picked this facility because they had immediate openings and they fit within our budget. Everything started out great but then in the last few weeks, it really hasn't been a good experience. The day to day direct staff does a very good job and most of them really care. The nighttime staff just isn't up to par. They don't follow through and they are making decisions that aren't good for my loved one. There have been a number of medical issues and the follow through wasn't as I hoped it would be. There's just very little follow. I just feel like there have been occurrences happening about every other day or every few days. Also, this is a memory care unit and I really haven't seen much activity happening in terms of memory care. I would not recommend this facility.

My friend is doing okay, we are working out the kinks. The meals have not been so good. She tells me it tastes horrible and she is not happy with it.

They were not able to handle my wife here at this community. It is a good looking place, they do a very good job with the cleanliness of the community. The staff wasn't able to care for her properly. At times they would allow things that would bother me. The staff would be aggressive with her, which would make her be aggressive to the staff. It just wasn't the community for my wife.
