Avamere

We've been very happy with their care of my sister. Her ALS gives them extra challenges, but they've been very responsive when there needs to be changes or issues arise.

The main reason we chose this facility was due to the cleanliness. There were no misrepresentations.

The activities were great, the food was pretty good most of the time, sometimes unexpected compared to the menue. Kitchen staff was great because they tried to work within the parameters of my restricted diet. Not always perfectly but I don't follow my restrictions all the time either. The cleaning staff did a fine job but I'm very picky and would have scrubbed around the edges near the walls a little better. I give your facility a thumbs up and would recommend it to others.

The staff seems to go above and beyond to take care of the clients and the cost of a little more than what I thought it would be but it's still within reason and [name removed] is very happy there. Much happier you're there than he was at the other place, he was at.

What we like the most about Ovation Sienna Hills is that they make us feel welcome when we visit. They treat my father like family. He loves it there. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Meals/dining were better than expected. Great people work there and the food is good. Room sizes and activities are all good.

They have been living there since the first week of February and have already been on an excursion/field trip (Loved it) and are excited to go on more held weekly! They are definitely enjoying the meals and friendship/conversations with other residents. They have also checked out many of the activities and enjoying their view from their 3rd floor view! So glad we took this tour first, they made up their minds as soon as we walked out of the 2nd tour! Although it has been a whirlwind for all of us and heartbreaking at times, this has definitely been the best move for both of them. Thank you!! (And thank you for your patience with my response!) we recommend Avamere!!

They are patient and kind with the residents. All of the vegetables are fresh! They have monthly meetings with the residents to determine additions to the menu. There is a bus that takes them on trips or to doctor appointments. They also have many daily activities. Apartments are larger than expected. They have kitchenettes, no stove, but microwave and fridge provided. Walk in closet, coat closet, and pantry closet.

We are very pleased with the care my husband's mother is receiving! She has been there a year. We recently placed her on Hospice Care and that has gone well. The staff is exceptional. Those in charge are available and friendly. They know your loved one! Care team, dining staff, cooks and maintenance staff are all very friendly and willing to assist when asked. We were impressed with the hospitality extended to residents and guests from day one and continue to be.

The facility tour and intake process was quick and informative. Outreach director [name removed] was fantastic. All staff are friendly and willing to help. I feel like my dad is in a safe place that’s almost like home.

I feel very confident with my mother being at Ovations. From our touring visit with [name removed] to the present time, I am happy with my mother being here! It is very clean and the environment created there is wholesome and friendly. My mother is happy and well taken care of by the staff . She has only been there going on 3 months and I'm trying to let everyone get on the same page as far as routine and daily activity. I believe they have her best interest at heart and will continue to provide the great care she needs and deserves! I say thank you to all in charge of her care and Happiest of holidays!

I love it here, [name removed] is very helpful to have in the apartment and the water is great. The staff is very friendly especially the drivers and I love them. I’ve met many nice people while living here. Im very happy here!

Wonderful residents too. Like a second family. My family member loves it there. We picked them because it was fancy and clean like a hotel in a beautiful setting. Gorgeous property.

The Avamere of Hermiston facility is very nice. Staff is friendly. I thought they'd would take him out for a weekly ride around the area as [name removed] likes to get out but so far he says he's never been taken anywhere.

The Stratford has beautiful facilities, full menu in dining room, lots of activities. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

My parents enjoyed their time. My mom needed additional care they moved so she could be in full time care, closer to family in Sequim. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend this community to other families.

My mom was in Aspen Memory Care for over a year. She had the best care not just on her good days but even on her worst days. The love and compassion they have for the residents is more than I could ask for. I didn't have to worry about her I knew she was being taken care of.

From the moment my brother and I walked into Avamere at Cascadia, we knew we were finished with our search. I found it to be a bright and warm facility, not too huge and seemed well organized with plenty of amenities. It has a calming, happy feeling about it, as what I also sensed from the residents and the staff members. We received such a warm welcome from [name removed]who gave us the tour and patiently discussed the facility and the environment with us. I am so grateful to have met her. My mother was able to move in sooner than we expected. She expressed her happiness and said we did a good job!

We are extremely happy with our parents care at Avamere at Cheyenne.
