Avamere

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The residents we saw along the tour were all friendly and kind. There are plenty of room configuration options for residents, and they are roomier in person than they appear on paper. The rooms are a bit dated mostly noted in the kitchenettes, but when you are not using them for cooking they are completely fine. Nice facility and location.

I was looking for a place for my 70 yr old brother. We met with [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] within the first couple of visits. Every question we had was answered and the visits and their patience were the best anyone could ask for. I highly recommend using A Place For Mom.

We moved my brother in law and his wife, who was living in another long term care facility to the veterans home in truth or consequences, New Mexico They had been on a waiting list. However, we were very pleased with Avamere in Rio Rancho. When the veterans home was available for them both, they wanted to be together. We would recommend Avamere to other families.

My husband and I toured Avamere at lunch time and had a complimentary lunch. They were having a bbq that day but we had a couple of burgers. The dining room was busy with visitors and residents. Everyone was very friendly and several stopped by our table to say hi. They were having some repair work done in a couple of areas from some previous water damage so there were workers around as well. We were able to see a one bedroom and a studio and was good to be able to gauge what would work well for us. The tour was very good and gave us some onsite into assisted living.

I got a happy vibe from the minute I walked in the door. And all the different common areas, the beautiful restaurant and the gorgeous balcony are the topping on the cake.

The staff really seems to care. Food is good--occasionally mediocre (as expected in a kitchen serving a lot of people all at once) but sometimes exceptionally good. The room sizes vary and we get beds changed and a quick but adequate cleaning every week. Today we went on the Avamere bus to a horse rescue place--wonderful trip.

[Name removed] did a wonderful job explaining all the wonderful things at Avamere. She answered all our questions . We also spoke to other staff members who were very helpful . It seems like a beautiful HOME to move in to. Just waiting on my father for his final decision to move.

The assistance I received from [name removed] and [name removed] was amazing. They took on the difficult task of dealing with the facility in Roswell to arrange my mother's transfer. The assisted living home in Roswell did not make things easy but the staff at Avamere was persistent. They even helped me arrange transport. Once my mother arrived at Avamere everything was ready making for a smooth transition. My mom has been a resident for almost 2 months and I have no complaints.

My mother in law moved into the independent residence part of the Oaks at Lebanon a few years ago. After about six months she transferred to the Assisted Living side. The staff and administrators are great. They care about all of them. There are many activities ranging from exercise, crafts, special events, country drives and trips to shop plus more. The med techs on Assisted Living provide great care and spent a little bit of time with her rather than just in and out. When she needed to push her help button the response was timely. Most often the food was good. On a recent trip I visited there though the food was over cooked. Overall , the Oaks is a wonderful community.

The staff are unbelievable as everyone knows my name and goes out of their way to help! The food is amazing! There are several activities that I participate in; bingo, two card games, I paint, do some other things as they come along. We have fake money called Ovation bucks . They can be used for manicure, pedicure, and haircuts, which all are in Ovation.

They were friendly, informative and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone. The facility was clean. They have a great menu and numerous activities. They also have laundry facilities.

This is a very nice place and people are friendly and they do what they say they're gonna do. It was a big change from Arizona, but if someone was looking for something in Utah, that is very high-end then I would recommend Ovation

My dad really enjoyed the activities the singers that came in the activity room was really nice

The caretakers genuinely care about the residents. The food is good. There are plenty of activities. There are various sizes of apartments to choose from. My Mother's has a coat closet and a walk in closet.

It is a very clean facility and the personnel there are extra friendly and caring, as well as always helpful.

I was very pleased with Avamere. I would rate it definitely a five the staff are very caring and very friendly. My husband's apartment was very nice. It had a full bathroom, a refrigerator, a kitchen sink and cabinets. The facility was kept very clean and the apartments were all very clean as well. They had a common room where they played games like bingo and table bowling they also had a TV in the room books and other activities for the residents. My husband said their food was good, dining room looked nice. They also had afternoon snacks for the residents. I loved the staff! They have a fenced outside garden for the residents, very nice. My husband was in the memory care unit. I would definitely recommend it.

We’ve toured many assisted living facilities in the area. Bethany AvaMere was the best overall for assisted living. Facility is clean, library and laundry room on each floor for residents use. Large picture window in the puzzle room. Large private dinning room for family parties or get togethers. Multi-purpose room with full kitchen for family gatherings. Room options are from studio, one bedroom, 2 bedroom to deluxe two bedrooms. They are large and well laid out. Staff was very friendly on our visit.
