[name removed] and her team are truly incredible. From the moment I contacted [name removed], she took the lead in a very complicated situation with my father and his care. There are a lot of moving parts in our situation and this group of people just jumped in and started incredible care for my dad. Knowing my dad is in their care is so comforting. My dad’s care staff have all been so wonderful and patient with him, even with his quirks. I know how difficult it is to try and know which company would be the best fit for your loved one’s care, but I believe in my heart of hearts this is the group you need. We love them so much and thank them for their continued care for my dad.

We hired Canaan Home Care to provide respite care when my Dad was on hospice at home and my mother was caring for him. When it became too much for my mother to manage his care, we increased to 24/7 caregiving through Canaan. [name removed], the coordinator was very prompt in getting care aligned, and worked with us to figure out the best personality match for my parents. The two caregivers we worked with were very professional and caring with my Dad. It was a great comfort to us to have them here, especially when he passed. We highly recommend Canaan for your caregiving needs for your loved ones.

Bright star came into our lives offering the much needed support for our family. My husband recently had multiple strokes and [name removed] entered our home bringing a ray of hope taking good care of my husband and engaging him with good conversation. My husband is quite fond of him because he is mannerly and always willing to go the extra mile.

There are not enough stars to reflect my appreciation for the Seniors Helping Seniors Orlando West! They are a 10 out of 10 in my opinion! My mother’s dementia had progressed to the point where she could no longer be alone in our home, so I decided to interview caregivers. I liked the idea of having someone older who my mom might consider a friend. During our initial meeting, [name removed] spoke with both my mom and I in order to assess the exact type of services we needed and to make a good caregiver match. She told me she had the perfect person in mind. The next week mom met her new best friend and I was able to go to work without worrying about her well-being. Our first caregiver had to move out of state and we were so sad, but she was replaced by someone just as wonderful! This agency is highly recommended. Staff are nice and professional. Answered all questions and made us comfortable to work with them. From the beginning of our process they helped us in any way they could and lead us every step of the way.
