My siblings and I discovered the Home Health Services available and signed up with Interim Healthcare of Central Montana in Helena. It has been such a relief as I live in Texas and can't be there to help with my parents' care. My Dad loves having the caregivers visit him and they even set him up with a Physical Therapist that would come to the home. My sisters and I have all seen great improvements in his outlook on life. He seems happier, more confident and stronger since he is actually doing his exercises now. You can't put a price on peace of mind!

I have been looking for months for an agency that would kindly and lovingly drive my mom and be her companion as her license was revoked. This was not an easy feat as many agencies required services that didn't fit my mom's needs. Just as I was beginning to give up I came upon Impact Health Alliance. From the moment I spoke with [name removed]on the phone to meeting him at no expense at my mom's, we both knew [name removed]was the angel we had been looking for. My mother adores [name removed]and his employees. She is treated with respect, kindness and every support mom needs she receives. [name removed]and his team are prompt, patient and wonderful with my mom who is finally allowing others to give her the freedom and independence she needs and wants. Get to know each caregiver personally. Ethics and empathy, there was one that i rejected, not synergy's fault but my observation that she didn't fit the circumstances at hand. The caregiver that i and synergy depended on was a girl named [name removed]. She really cared and still does. Two days ago was [name removed] birthday and she sent me a text wishing him a heavenly birthday.

Organic Care is a beautiful 4 bed 1.5 bath home. Is it always kept clean and smelling good. Residents are very well taken care of. Residents have outings everyday except Saturdays. Meals are served 3x’s a day with snacks giving in between those times. Residents get money every Friday for personal shopping. House is fully staffed with well trained staff.

They provided a service when another provider canceled while I was out of town. They worked site unseen and supported my sister with two caregivers. I highly recommend Pink Hearts Home Care Services.

Endeavor has been very helpful to us. They go visit my mom’s 6 days a week and take her grocery shopping on one of those days. It has been very helpful to our family knowing someone checks on her daily and gives us peace of mind. [name removed] (one of the caregivers)has been very sweet and helpful and stays in contact via text if there are any questions or concerns.

[name removed] was great with my mom she showed up on time and learned how to best care for my mom. [name removed] listened and adjusted the care for mom over all it was a great experience my mom and I benefitted from the whole experience.

Love at Home services went above and beyond when caring for my grandfather with dementia. [name removed] and her team were very kind, compassionate, and experienced. The communication was top tier. The caregiver always kept us informed about our loved one’s day and readily addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommended this company!

Had to arrange emergency 24 hour coverage and Home Matters was able to provide coverage on extremely short notice. Caregivers are knowledgeable with some more willing to jump in to promote assistance than others, but all qualified to provide required assistance. Their care is expensive but reliable which is a big complaint I hear about other agencies. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing quality care.

We brought my mother-in-law home from the hospital under hospice care, and we had no idea what we were doing. That same day, [name removed] personally spent the first night with my mother-in-law, and quickly arranged for nighttime coverage for the next week. [name removed] had my mother-in-law talking and joking until her last night on this planet. If ever I have another need like this love at home will be the first phone call I make.

The first thing that impressed me was that when I filled out the Love at Home website to contact me, [name removed] called me 15 minutes later--at 10:15 on a Friday night! None of the other agencies where I left my info called me until Monday! At that time I didn't think I'd need help for about 2 weeks, when I left the hospital. She said she'd call me in a week. A few days later I found out I was being sent to a skilled nursing facility the next day, and I knew I would want a private caregiver overnight to help me. I called [name removed] in a panic about getting someone on such short notice, to which she said "If I can't find someone, I'll come myself." I knew I was in good hands then! My first night in the facility [name removed] came and she was an angel! With her 30+ years as a CNA she knew exactly how to help me and she advocated with the facility night staff to get what I needed. In the morning she helped me get ready for the day. In the 2 weeks I've been here [name removed] and [name removed] have done an above-and-beyond

This company and their staff exceeded our expectations! A co-worker of mine told me about this company. I needed help with my father that I take care of full time. My husband I was going on vacation and needed some assistance while away. Well I decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! They had caregivers in my home around the clock taking excellent care of my father. He had his baths, 3 meals, snacks, his medication reminders, they even played his favorite board games with him! I Couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the service they provided to my family. My husband and I are considering having them full time for Dad. Thanks Radiance Journee Healthcare!

Overwhelmingly great personal assistance services offered by the staff. The general attitude and comportment of the staff was just great and of top notch. The office environment and the expansive parking space makes coming to the office for discussions and for care planning an interesting adventure to embark upon each time.

We had a fantastic experience with [name removed] and [name removed]!! [name removed] was who we worked with getting setup and she was amazing!! We will definitely be calling again should the need arise!! They were prompt, flexible when needs changed, incredibly caring and thoughtful!!
