From the first conversation, where Nick got to know my family’s situation, until our last one, when my folks moved out of the area, [name removed] was a gem: knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. Caring for older family members from a distance is complicated and difficult, but [name removed] made it easier. He carefully explained all the necessary information, patiently answered questions, and repeatedly showed his commitment to honest and caring communication. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met — even once helping my parents navigate the Phoenix airport when I wasn’t able to do it! What unbelievable kindness! And of course, [name removed] found us awesome caregivers. Shout out to [name removed], who charmed my parents with her kind spirit and expert care. If you are looking for help caring for aging parents, you've definitely found it. We can't recommend Homewell Care Services highly enough!

Amazing care from kind qualified caregivers. Someone will be there, no matter the time if help is needed. Our main caregiver would even take his patients for a ride, to get a cup of coffee, to appointments, or just to get out of the house for a change of environment. Lifelong friend for sure!

They are always helpful and always there for us. Any time I need to rearrange the schedule, they are more than happy to help with advance notice.

The best part of working with Seniors Helping Seniors is that they helped us avoid asking too much of my mom's neighborhood friends to volunteer, and they helped us get organized and plan ahead. They were very helpful with a wide variety of tasks and my mom's needs and friendly, and it helped that there weren't many different people but mostly two that usually came, especially in the evenings. It was vital to my mom's safety to have people with her in her home until we could move her into an assisted living facility. I was very sick during that stressful time and couldn't be there with her, also because I have four kids and many responsibilities in my home and community. My family and I are very deeply grateful for the peace of mind we enjoyed when my mom was receiving home services from Seniors Helping Seniors, thanks to the dependable owners and employees my mom was blessed to be with.

Overall we were happy with one of the caregivers. We had a total of three. The first was new with your agency and she was not very motivated to help and was more interested in taking breaks and being on her phone. The second was amazing and she came back several times. She was very motivated and helpful.

I am not sure I found this company for the elderly, like my wife and me. But it has turned out that we found the right home care company. [name removed], the owner and main caregiver, has turned out to take excellent care of both of us. Care for exactly what each of us needs. It's not only the normal care, but those nasty unexpected health problems that pop up, she has a remedy to take care of it. And the sticky problems are taken care of quickly, also. Her caregiver crew is excellent, as she gets the right person to handle each and every type of care. You should give it a try.

We were very happy with our experience with the service from Endeavor. They truly cared about our family. There was quick communication and our needs were met. The caregiver who was assigned to my mom was kind, professional and listened to us. In fact, she accompanied my mom to the emergency room and stayed with her until she was assigned to a room. We are receiving in-home care. The helpers are all older and associate with my wife really well. They are efficient, friendly and help around the house. [name removed] misses the helpers on weekends when they don't come

I have nothing but praise for this company, Alternative Living Residence. The company is owned and operated by a wonderful compassionate woman. She leads and directs a team of care givers, who are trained and certified nurse aides. They took care of my spouse who is total care for 5 days. My husband who is hard to please loved the caregivers assigned to him. His care was superior. If you are looking for exceptional and compassionate care for your loved one, Alternative Living Residence will Not Disappoint!
