We were bringing our mother home from a Rehablitiation center, They were the only agency in town that returned our calls promptly and had available caregivers on such short notice. We were a little nervous at the start, because we had never used homecare services before and had heard of many different experiences that friends had with some of the different agencies. We were amazed with the experience and knowledge of Cedars Homecares' caregivers. Their caregives show up on time and went above and beyond with assitance for Mom and she has recovered quickly due to their help. In the future we will certainly use Cedars Homecare first before anyone else.

My mom was coming home from rehab I the morning. My brother and I couldn’t be with her and needed care. We called this agency and the Nurse [name removed]responded right away! She came out the same day and we were able to start services the very next day! For Christmas she hand delivered flowers to my mom. She answers the phone right away no matter what time of day it is! She didn’t ghost is after we started care! She’s an Angel and her aides are beautiful she told me to trust her and I’m glad we did!

They answered every call, text, or email within minutes, day or night. Our needs changed sometimes by the hour and Cristina provided us with over the top white glove service. It felt like we were there only concern. Because of our changing needs we had several caregivers and they were all kind and did there best to help us out.

[name removed] was my caregiver and from the very beginning showed her intuitive concern for my wellbeing. I didn’t have to ask her more than once to do anything for me. Once we worked out a routine for bathing, she was right on it, reminding me of every step of the way in case I got confused which I would do because it was such an effort for me to do anything by myself. When I was finished bathing, it was everything I could do to relax and rest after the effort. She was busy, taking out the recycling, vacuuming or wet swifferthe floor, starting a laundry, and putting things away. She showed me things on my computer for emergency care as well as setting up an application to have my husband and I each other‘s placement. [name removed] took me out to run necessary errands and make sure that I was rested and cared for the whole time It is like having a dear sister in my home, helping me every step of the way or whatever I might need. It’s been a very welcome addition to my self-care.

I am very grateful for the service I have received from Home Instead Northampton. They are always very attentive to my needs and all the caregivers are great company! They care a lot about their clients and are very reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Was very pleased with the service I received and would use them again if the need arose. The New Life staff showed up and talked to me about my issues and concerns. They created a plan suited to my needs which consisted of light housekeeping for about a month while I recovered from back surgery. Great staff and the individual who came to the house was punctual, courteous and did a good job. Could ask nothing else of them.

I wish my Mom would be more motivated to participate in more cognitive activities but she's not. We are just not coordinated enough to do good meal planning but when we are, the caregiver will cook and she always makes them lunch. It is definitely worth it. I am very happy with this agency. They are very accommodating and work with my parents around schedule changes if necessary during the two hurricanes they were very conscientious about planning for the safety of my parents if I should happen to be out of town. Fortunately, I was in town so that was not necessary, but I was comfortable that if I was, they would take care of them. Overall, our experience has been excellent.

For the short time we utilized their services, Integrity Homecare was excellent. They were open to requests and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend Integrity Homecare Services to others.
