I am so thankful to have your agency providing care to my mother. Her caregivers are wonderful, they make sure that my mother is always looking and feeling her best, keeping her active etc. She is always looking happy when I see. [name removed], the RN Administrator is so caring and show so much love, she calls me at least once a week to make sure that mom is doing well and that everything is going well with the care we are receiving, also will visit mom sometime to check on service and she will bring a gift to mom, I found that very thoughtful and definitely show how much she care. Experience was great. They were very reliable. All of the health care workers were early to appointment and very reliable. Very easy to start care. I called and an appointment was set at my home. [name removed] was so informative and easy to talk with. Communication was awesome. You called and got help right away. All the workers were friendly and spoke to my mom with care. The cost of the services provided were very reasonable.

The owners were great to work with when setting up care for our father. The online portal was easy to use. All of the care givers were wonderful and treated my father with respect. We felt very comfortable having them in the house and leaving Daddy with them.

They listen, provide appropriate help, and suggest solutions. I would recommend them to others.

I give them all 5s because I am completely at ease knowing that Samaritan Nursing is taking care of my grandmother. They call or text with any questions, they run everything past me before making decisions. My grandmother has many friends who love to drop in and visit at random times and they always welcome them with open arms and give them privacy as they visit. They even organize Uber rides to and from appointments as my grandmother no longer has a car. I feel confident that if I called them in the middle of the night with a concern they would answer or get right back to me! I love this company and the care they provide!

After surgery, I got the chance to meet my angel in disguise. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but will never forget the kindness, very helpful, informative person she was. I am severe independent but felt totally relax in her care. She had another obligation the next day but made sure there was someone there for me. I work in retail and won't hesitate your company for caring and outstanding service.

The experience has been very good. Everyone has been on time. Starting is an interview with a very knowledgeable interviewer. Everyone has been very friendly and likeable. We had one worker was very good but not great. I don't know about value as the VA is covering all the cost for me.

Overall, meets all requirements I have for companionship for patient and light housekeeping. Caregiver is attentive, low key, friendly, helpful. Reliability and punctuality are Excellent. Starting care is Very easy. They have easy communication, thorough website. Everyone is very friendly. Very satisfied with services. Well worth it for peace of mind.

Moonlight is great. I would recommend. They provided services such as; Home care, laundry, light house cleaning and light cooking

My wife and I enjoyed the services of a Castle Comfort care giver in Bonita Springs, FL last winter during my recovery from a broken tibia and tibial plateau. All of your metrics measured at or very close to "5". Our care giver was especially good - and may not be representative of the average CC worker (we had temporary replacements on occasion). We would recommend Castle Comfort to be considered a candidate to provide home care. Their workers are mostly Haitian immigrants, so families should determine that accents are understandable - in both directions. Our worker was great!

They were staying overnight for a few days and fixed or helped fix meals for my parent while recovering from surgery. I would recommend- [name removed] was a lifesaver for me by arranging help.

They have been invaluable to me. It was a perfect match when we first began working together. The caregiver is wonderful and they have continued to be flexible as our needs have changed. I would give each category a 5. I have had excellent service. Initially I needed a lot of flexibility and I received that. I'm continuing to use the service with the same caregiver who is exceptional. (She once alerted me to possible infection which was subsequently confirmed by the doctor.) We've now used the service for approximately a year.

The service is impeccable so reliable. Yes I would recommend to anyone. Other families should know, just how well you care for people in need
