No doubt, far the best home care company by far! [name removed] and her team took care of my mother with love and care! I cannot give them enough praise!

FirstLight Home Care is a Wonderful agency. What we like the most about their services is that the staff was super professional as well as knowledgeable. We would absolutely 100% recommend their services to other families.

I give Heart Matters five stars in all categories. They were extremely punctual and easy to reach. Most importantly, it was clearly evident they care deeply about their clients and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would undoubtedly hire them again to care for my parents.

Their CNAs are always on time, always helpful and pleasant with my mother, and they let me know when a change is required. Administration is attentive to my concerns.

Reliability and punctuality receive a 4 - no show once but they tried really hard to get another person out. They are flexible and will come if you only need them a couple of hours.

They have sent well qualified and certified people every time to care for my husband. My husband would have had NO problem letting me know if he did not want them back and he has never done this with Brightstar Care. I love their service

All categories would be a 5. We did have a lot of caregivers in a short period of time which made it a little difficult for my mother and Aunt. However, we ended up being blessed with excellent caregivers. [name removed] was amazing. Their fees were very reasonable. We ending up getting help from a family friend.

Everybody is so helpful and caring there. They're a pleasure to work with even when I had extra things going on [name removed] came over and helped me with bandaging and assorted other things. [name removed] was my favorite Caregiver, but they're all pretty good. I think you would be very happy hiring Eucalyptus. They are excellent and I highly recommend them.

Overall experience 5 Reliability 5. alway on time never missed any scheduled visits Ease of Care 3 only because my washroom wasn't accessible for shower. Once you moved to the outdoor shower I would rate it a 5 Communication 2. Very hard to communicate with the PSW limited understanding of English and speaking it. Nurses were great rate them a 5 Friendliness 5 Quality of Care 5 Value for money 4. I found it to be expensive but a least they were very helpful in allowing me to have only 1.5 hours per visit 3 times a week. Overall very professional and always kept checking in to make sure thing were going good. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I would rate this company all 5's. Mom was very happy when I switched to your company. This company actually cares and follows up to be sure you are happy with the service provided.

Amada care was helpful in starting care for my parents. The owner came over to meet them and sent helpers that were a good fit for their needs. Good communication and very responsive to calls and text. I would and have already recommended Amada Care to other families.

Great experiences overall. Aides are on time and attentive. Easy to start care; home visit assessment was great Owner always calls/texts Most aides are friendly. We only had a couple that were not right for us Quality of care is great; other duties could be improved upon but hands on assistance is great Considering the amount of assistance and household needs the cost is quite steep. These aides do very little compared to other home care cases.

Excellent Service. They are always on time. The prices are reasonable compared to other agencies. The workers are friendly.

My mom had an immediate bonding with [name removed] and they enjoyed each other's company. Unfortunately, my mom had to go under hospice care , so we could not continue with your agency. But while we used your agency we were extremely satisfied with the service and cost.
