The Synergy caregivers we have had have been exceptional--kind, caring, responsible people. Synergy understands and responds to needs quickly and I believe they are a few dollars less per hour than some other agencies. I would highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with Charlie's Angels agency and my caregiver. I would definitely recommend them to others for home care services.

Care about the health of my dad willing to do anything we would ask. They arrived when scheduled and would call if going to be late. They came out and explained there service ask us question on what we were looking for and set us up for care the next week. Communicated well with us filled out a journal on the care done each day. They are very nice. They made sure dad was fed and bathed also kept house straightened up. The cost was reasonable just couldn't afford to keep care going.

My family loved my mother's caregiver. She was kind and considerate to our mother. When my parents passed she even paid her respects at their viewing and visited the whole evening with us.

Aides provide maximum assistance with transferring, all personal hygiene, cleaning and care (for incontinence), and provide company. My mom is immobile, not able to sit or stand. The office and staff are also great

They visited the patient at home and helped with medications, vitals, some personal care, and observed her. They kept the family informed and helped arrange for care, especially at night. They coordinated care with extended family members. They also worked with Hospice nurses. It was very easy to access someone at any time

Amazing care for my mother. [name removed] was an angel. They provided Companion Care. Absolutely recommend them. (the owner) is so organized. My mom was in hospice when we brought them on and I could not have imagined going through what we went through without the (caregiver).

When we did the assessment interview their representative was very polite and professional. Also the representative was very upfront about the hourly rate and services they offer.

The caregivers are good. They have been helpful to my dad and some of them go above and beyond. The owner is great at what she does and very caring and knowledgeable.

Abella LLC was a great company to work with. They provided me with wonderful care and companionship for the first 48 hours after my hip replacement. I plan on calling them again when I have my knee replacement surgery

#1= 5 #2= 4 I believe there was only one instance when a care taker left early. Certainly never happened again #3= 5 Easy to set up & very friendly administrative staff for scheduling #4= 4. Again administration was always available. Individual caretakers were free to leave their numbers as they felt comfortable with. I always left a list of our numbers & where we would be along with any instructions but we mostly had the same 1-2 people #5= 5. very friendly. Again I think there was one younger woman who came that my mom didn't communicate very well with but I think that was my mom's issue #6= 4. Good quality, always depends on the individual #7= 5 I felt it was about average if not lower than others I looked into

Very professional have great care takers to come and take care of your loved one so you can have a rest.

The whole experience was excellent and thoughtful as my family went through a vey difficult time. Yes, I would recommend Hummingbird Care Services to other families based on the experience so far.

All 5's. Interim has been a joy to work with. The owner, [name removed], helped me so much. It was so easy to get started and she helped me coordinate with the long term care insurance, and was so patient as we went back and forth with them until the coverage kicked in. She also provided us with a wonderful caregiver, who my mom loves and is happy to see every day and helps her with her daily routine. I would definitely recommend Interim to anyone needing in-home care for a parent or other family member.
