I felt that they were Great. They gave my wife and me all the support that I could ask for. They showed "TRUE LOVE and CARE" for her. I felt that [name removed] was a very good person to work with as the CEO/manager. I never had any issues or concerns and would recommend Happier at Home to someone else in need of home help care.

There were a few communication issues, but the Intake and the Caregivers themselves were Great! I would recommend to others

First light is amazing. Well vetted. Many with medical backgrounds. And FirstLight trains them in my home with my equipment. Definitely would recommend them.

My mom has paired down to her two favorite caregivers. They are attentive and knowledgeable, and my mom is very comfortable with them in their care.

My mom had complications and mobility issues after surgery and needed home health care. I contacted Cherished Companions and with 24 hours my mom had a care worker. They took care of my mom, cooked meals and did chores around the house. The service was very good.

They are the best thing out there. Highly recommend!!!! They won't be disappointed. There very professional and communication is great really appreciate it with my mother she is 102.

Value 5 but high. [name removed] was her caregiver and she was excellent. They were very helpful and then they made sure to choose the right person for my mom, but unfortunately things didn't work out. She ended up going to assisted living.

Signing up for First Flight was very simple. [name removed], one of the principals, was very knowledgeable about long term health insurance and helped me submit my claim. She also guided me through their documents, which were completed partially online and partially by [name removed] bringing them to my home. The caregivers were very reliable. They almost always arrived on time, and on the rare occasion that they were held up, their office contacted me and had the caregiver stay over for the time that they were late. The care givers were very kind and understanding when my husband got agitated. They were always looking out for his safety (and mine)

1. It's super easy to reach out for initial information. 2. Always on time and ready to take the reins as soon as the caregivers walk through the door. 3. Once we made the decision to start care, it was just a phone call to set up a meet and greet visit (which was amazing), and we knew instantly that [name removed] and her team at Cornerstone was the way to go. We set up weekly visits a month at a time in advance. We also need to add days at the spur of the moment, and we've never had trouble getting coverage. 4. Every Cornerstone caregiver has been given specific instructions for our Mom's care, and they always follow through with what we've asked for. They go over and above. 5. Friendless should be in their title. It's part of their core values. My Mom's face lights up every time she sees them. 6. The quality of their care is like no other... they are always doing little extra things for our Mom, which is why we love them so much. 7. You can't put a price on the relief, comfort, and level of trust we felt when we signed up with Cornerstone Caregivers, but if we could, it would be worth millions!

we usually have the same caregiver, on the few occasions when our needs changed another highly qualified person was able to step in. they sat with us and covered the services and costs. When they have needed to change a caregiver they let us know. The caregiver performs the work we need. he caregiver checks on the patient and helps the spouse we needed assistance and time to be able to get out and do things while knowing the patient is being cared for.
