Very accessible with the management. Made an effort to meet prior and visit the home with the manager then with the care staff. Liked their genuine interest in my mom too.

5: The staff at Spencer Home Care has literally been a lifesaver for my mom, our family, and our mom's care. They are professional, kind, patient, and caring. They are prompt, flexible, and have a strong work ethic. They take time to care for our mom's needs, as well as, engage her in conversation, games, and exercise. The fee is a little less than most, yet the service is top rate.

What we like the most about TLC companions is just how helpful they were -- I wasn't there but she got excellent reviews. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

I would rate them 5 in every category- they were fantastic. Took over quickly and [name removed] and (shoot I can't remember the other caregivers name) were fantastic with my mom. If I had been able to keep her at my home - care with them would have continued.

I am happy here. The rooms are quiet, I dont hear my neighbors. The staff is friendly. The food is good. However, the rugs are old and musty and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The lighting needs updating. Overall, I am very pleased to be here.

[name removed] has a great bedside monor. I felt like he really cared and wanted to help us in finding the right solution for our Aunt. Never had an issue or any scheduling conflicts. We had the intake meeting with him and his staff. They started a few days later. I was always able to get ahold of [name removed] personally or his staff on a timely basis. We did have a discrepancy that needed to be resolved and [name removed] stayed on top of it and got it figured out. My Aunt had a few home Helpers before finding a good fit. [name removed] heard our concerns and found another person who ended up being a great match! While this type of Care is expensive, to be able to not worry about how your loved one is being cared for, is worth the cost.
