Overall experience - There were several care givers that just didn't work out. Value of care - it's cheaper than a memory home.

Home care friend was wonderful with all the care they provided very good at communication. And would use them again.

My mother in law likes her. She's very helpful and engaging. I would recommend to others

I didn't meet my mom's last therapist but she thought everyone she met was great. She loved how kind they were and thought the care was excellent. Also great communication letting her know when they would be coming and WHO would be coming. That is important for her to feel safe. I greatly appreciate that you provide service to small towns like my moms! I would give all 5's!

All categories were 5/5 fantastic. They helped provide home health care after my dad fell and needed surgery. It only took a couple days to set up and have them get started. They were easy to work it and communicate with. The staff was friendly and competent and went above and beyond to help my dad. It was great quality of care at a great cost. It is a very impressive business that helps so many people in a time a of need! We are so thankful for them.

I hire them to provide a companion for my husband who has dementia. It gives me two to four hours of free time each week. I try to schedule the same day and timeframe which makes it easier for me to schedule my time for lunches with friends, massages, hair or just solitude at home. I love his companion and she and the owner are like family. They have been flexible to the point where I need a surgical procedure but can't get the time until the day before. The response I received was "We've got you!". My husband adores his time with his buddy. I interviewed the owner over the phone and we aligned 100 percent on everything. The meeting in our home was wonderful. We laughed for two hours. They are very careful to engage my husband always and make sure he is comfortable, safe and nourished if need be. Any texts, calls or emails are responded to immediately. The quality of care is stellar. The value for the cost is out of this world. I contacted a number of "like" services, and none compared. Cost wise, Silver Steps is the least expensive with the least amount of demands. Several others had four hour minimums, and cost a bit more. They felt like businesses looking out for their interest first. From the get go, Silver Steps made it clear, it is what needs to work for us.

We had a wonderfully positive experience with Blessed Hope Home Care. While we ultimately had to transition to a different agency due to a change in financial circumstances, we were incredibly grateful for the high quality of care provided. The staff were exceptional, from the initial consultation to the care provided in the home. The ease of starting care was seamless, and the entire team was professional, friendly, and responsive. Their reliability and punctuality gave us great peace of mind during a very stressful time. We were especially pleased with the quality of our caregivers, who are professional, kind, and highly experienced in dementia care. Their quality of care truly exceeded our expectations. We recommend them without hesitation to any family needing compassionate and professional home care services.

Since day one I felt at ease with the two ladies from your company. I could relay on their being here whenever they have to. They were very friendly, their care for my well being was impeccable. I can without a doubt refer your company to family and friends.

I recommended them to my daughter in law for her dad. She was wonderful!! The caregivers were in tune with our needs. My mom is not an easy person to please and she was quite mobile but yet needed some care when I was at work. They provided the exact amount of care that was necessary without making my mom feel uncomfortable. I will call them back. My mom goes up north for the summer so she has not returned to VA yet. The communication was excellent between management and the care giver.

FirstLight has helped us from day one. I really appreciate all the staff. From the first visit to meet us and evaluate our needs to Filling out all the necessary paperwork (huge plus!), they have been professional, but also caring and put us at ease. For us now, communication is key, the ability to talk to someone or leave texts with changes and questions is easy and someone always gets back to us. Plus everyone's compassion is comforting.

I give 5 excellent in all categories. They are wonderful to work with.. Yes, I would recommend Amada Senior Care of Tampa Bay, FL services to other families based on the experience so far.

Their assistance and guidance throughout our engagement was extremely appreciated. Friendliness 5. All-of the caregivers were cordial and friendly They all showed caring and compassion to my wife. Quality of Care 5 All of the caregivers providing companion care to my wife were engaging and compassionate Value for Cost 5 Colony Care cost was very reasonable compared to another provider I had experience with

They were actually amazing across the board I wish I could've afforded them for more hours than we did. For me it was 5 for all items. We would absolutely recommend Seniors Helping Seniors of Greater Fresno to other families based on the experience.
