My overall rating is a 5 for each of the categories. [name removed] has been very reliable and the process was very easy to start. She has allows responded to my communications via phone, text or email. Everyone is very friendly. [name removed] , [name removed] and [name removed] have interacted with my Mom and me and there has never been any tension. [name removed] does alot with my Mom to maintain her quality of life and she does an excellent job. I believe the value for the cost is more than worth it. It provides my Mom a way to maintain her quality of life and me the reassurance that she has consistent and reliable assistance that you can't put a price on.

I rate Griswold Home Care highest marks in every category! Yes, I would recommend their services! Without hesitating. My father, the client, is a very high maintenance person. Rick handles everything with grace, poise, professionalism, kindness, empathy and excellent communication with the family. He spent a lot of time getting to know my father, and caring for him himself, before finding just the right employee to handle the care.

"Right at Home" Visalia has been a great partner, helping my family with some very much needed assistance. They get (5 out of 5) in my opinion. Their willingness to be flexible when needed is a "great characteristic" in service offering.

They are extremely willing to help even in emergency situations.

Very professional, caring and good at listening to the needs of our individual family members to make sure we got what we needed.

The aides were courteous, highly trained, and very attentive to my mother's needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Ezra Home Care, thanks to the Business Development Manager, who went above and beyond to make my transition from inpatient rehab at [community removed] to home smooth and stress-free. She provided valuable resources and clear guidance that made the process easy and efficient. Her positive attitude and caring demeanor made a world of difference during a challenging time. It’s this kind of compassionate, proactive service that makes Ezra Home Care truly exceptional. I highly recommend them!

The care giver provides fun activities for my mom. They share meals and the care giver makes them self available for unexpected situations. They provide transportation for my mom to appointments from hair stylist to medical appointments. The care giver is reliable and communicates a caring attitude to my mom. Enrollment was easy the staff were and are responsive to mom's needs. I would recommend this service to families needing extra home support and to individuals attempting to remain in their home.

Their services are companionship care, Personal Care, respite Care, and light housekeeping.

My [name removed] was afraid and alone, and when her Caregiver came, she felt safe and cared for. it turned out to be the end of her life. But without you you it would not have been a comfortable end. The best experience I could expect ever. Everything was excellent including everything. Home instead was a comfort at a time of difficulty. Everything was up front and very, honest. We trusted them with our loved one and they came through.

1. They have excellent response time and consistent coverage. Excellent job pairing caregivers with my mom. 2.all caregivers were punctual and easy to work with 3. It is very easy to get started with having caregivers come into the home and easy to schedule 4. They are very responsive. 5. They are very friendly. 6. It is wonderful care given by caregivers. 7. It is pricey per hour for care for non-skilled staff but excellent care.

Many times I needed help on short notice and they accommodate that every time. [name removed] and [name removed] are truly concerned providing quality caregivers who provide excellent care for their clients.

The process of getting care established was quick, and all of our questions were answered along the way. Care was consistent, and we were always able to get ahold of someone if needed.

I wish I could rate higher because they are fantastic. 1. Dependable 2. extremely reliable, in an emergency the coordinator took care of my mom 3. After the initial interview, service started immediately 4. Communication is excellent. 5. Very friendly, my mom loves the workers. They feel like family 6. I have no worries about the care my mom receives. 7. Though in home care is expensive the value I get from Torres is reasonable

Caregiver [name removed]was outstanding with my wife!! She was amazing

Working with Home Care Matters allowed me to care for my mother in our home. They were so easy to work with. The staff was very professional, caring and treated my mom like family. The quality of care was outstanding, they were reliable, supportive and friendly.

They are awesome. My helper is amazing, I love her. She is always polite and willing to help with anything.

It started off rocky because of no-shows. However, once we got a dedicated person named [name removed] we had the best care possible. She starts her shift cleaning, cooking and she settles down with my mom to watch her favorite shows and movies. Yes, I would recommend them because they worked with me to get the best fit possible.

I absolutely love Cornerstone! Highly recommend.

Overall I give this service a solid 5. Reliability and friendliness are excellent.
