Right At Home

They have been a good company to work with. Our experience has been pretty positive. We have had a couple of hiccups, but if you bring something up that is an issue, they do a good job to address it in a positive and pro-active manor.

Liz was really helpful in finding the "right fit" caregiver for my mom. The process was simple, yet, they want to get as much information as possible to ensure they find the right caregiver (personality, common interests, etc.) for your loved one. They were quick to answer your questions, phone calls, and to set up a convenient time to visit with you and get the process started. They were thorough, and safety was one of their top priorities. It is a nice option to have if you choose to have your loved one stay at home.

We were very happy with them. It has worked out very well. They were helpful and reliable for us.

Overall our experience with Right at Home has been a good one. I've got nothing but good things to say about the caregivers they send, each person we've worked with has been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! I do think that their administrative staff could be a bit more responsive, sometimes it takes them a while to get back to you which has caused some scheduling issues.

They have been pretty reliable for us. He has been pretty happy with them so far, and as far as I know there haven't been any issues.

Generally we are happy with them. It would be nice if they accepted Visa or Mastercard as a form of payment. Other than that everything has worked out fine.

Although I haven't had much contact with the agency myself I am very pleased with the feedback. I hired Right at Home to help with my wife and things seem to be going well.

Everything was good at Right at Home of Northeast Georgia. I have no complaints. They did good service. The staff was friendly. Overall the experience was just fine.

Working with Right at Home was a good experience. Not very cost effective but they dd a good job. The only concern that that i had was the fact that management never followed up as promised. They were supposed to be coming in on a consistent basis to follow up and make sure the caregivers were doing their job accordingly and they never did. Considering the amount of money we paid I would definitely expect them to come in and make sure we were satisfied. Other than that everything was great. The caregiver and my Mom clicked immediately and she was very accommodating to my Mom's needs. I would recommend to a friend but tell them to be prepared for the cost. There are other cost effective options out there.

I decided to get home care to relieve my wife until I can get better. Since getting home care things have been great! My wife gets her break and I get the help that I need for the time being. Although we have had a few minor issues it wasn't a big enough issue to bash the agency. The caregiver has been great although sometimes I don't think she knows her own strength. Other than that they are very accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend them!

Their initial protocol is to meet with the Client Services Director to get care needs and times. They made it clear that we shouldn't expect to have the same Caregiver to arrive on a regular basis, but that we will have someone available during the times requested. We got a mixed bag of Caregivers and their particular habits. One didn't know how to care for household items and another lacked on cleaning up after herself and the person she was hired to look after. They were all very good about keeping my dad company, fed, hydrated and bathed (according to our specific directions). Ran into a communication issue over scheduling once, but was rectified in a fair amount of time. For my dad's needs Right At Home is working for us and they are good about getting back to us in a timely manner.

Right at Home was a pleasure to work with. I would encourage for families looking into options to be clear on what you want and to interview the caregivers thoroughly to ensure you get what you want. Everything worked out for the time that we utilized their services although we are no longer using them.

It would be nice if it was easier to get the same caregivers more reliably so my loved one can get to know them, but I understand that might be difficult to schedule.

It is a good in-home company. The nurse are always excited when they come to work and help him out. They never complain about anything and get the job done. It is also very reasonable price or what they do. I would definitely recommended this place.

The helper has been good, but the supervisor has been excellent and really good to work with. It has been quite a satisfactory experience.

They sent a representative to my house to discuss what I needed and were very flexible. I could give them a days notice to add days or cancel. The person they sent could speak good English and was very likeable & helpful. I would recommend them to anyone
