This is my agency of choice. I had contact with very knowledgable people with every call to them. They provided me with information over the phone and followed-up our conversations by mailing additional helpful information to me.

Right at Home is truly amazing in what they do. They took care of my parents when other companies were inconsistent with caregivers and hours. The staff was very helpful and reacted quickly when my mother was having a stroke, quite impressive. There isn't a contract, and no deposit required, and no minimum amount of hours like other companies require- that definitely helped when there was improvements in my parents and not as many hours of care were needed. They hold their employees to a high standard and I like that. They have what you call a Relationship Manager and that is the one person I can voice concerns with, rather than being bounced from employee to employee.

I am pleased to write this review for Right at Home of Bonita Springs. I needed home care for my mother and Right at Home was great in my time of need. From the very first phone call to the in home visits, Doctor appointments and errands we always received nothing but professional, kind, caring and helpful employees. Thank you for making my Mothers and my family's life so much easier. I will never hesitate to recommend you to any of my clients and friends!

The caregivers from this agency are very nice and professional. A lot of the time they’re sitting and talking to her. They are very good at completing the tasks that I assign them that would help aid my loved one. One of the reasons why I went forward with this agency is because they require a 3 hour minimum of care services. Many places require 4. With what I would like them to do, it was a better fit.

The service was professional and empathetic. We were very pleased with the support and efficiency of the services. We would recommend Right at Home for anyone requiring companion care on a regular or irregular basis.

We used this service for a short time and we would use them again if needed. The caregiver that came out to stay with my brother was fabulous. They were there to help him as he was falling a lot as well as helping him with his personal needs. They made setting up the service easy and they were quick to respond.

They did a good job. Luckily my loved one is doing much better and we no longer need the service, but we didn't have any complaints. They were helpful and reliable, and they did a good job.

Very happy with it

Overall our experience with Right at Home has been a good one! The aide has been personable and friendly, and Dad seems very comfortable with her. She's been able to handle all of the care needs we were concerned about! Sometimes the care tasks don't take the entire two hours and I think it would be nice if she found a few more little chores to do to fill the time, but she never leaves early unless Dad tells her to. Overall we're very pleased with the experience!

Right at Home matched my aunt (who is dealing with Dementia) with a woman who is kind, enthusiastic and passionate about her work. Her visits and assistance have made Linda less isolated and visibly happier.

So far, dealing with Right At Home Canada in Dundas Ont. has been a great experience. Just prior to my Uncle leaving hospital, I started shopping around for an overnight "guardian" and Tracy, the Care Planner I contacted. offered to visit with me in my Uncles' home at my convenience. Time was of the essence and she had someone for me by the next day (a Saturday), although, as it turned out, I didn't need the service for three days. Subsequently, Tracy sent me an email outlining the details of the care plan with the "Guardians" (teams) names and phone numbers. Our first overnight "Guardian", Jean, has been a tremendous help. She has been working 12 hour overnight shifts and regularly gets up with him at night to assist with his bathroom needs. She goes above and beyond with his personal care needs, housekeeping, laundry, breakfast, ensuring he remembers his medications, leaving out lunch and directions for the daytime PSW"s and reports for the family. My Uncle says that she does at least twice as much as the PSW's arranged through the CCAC In fact, my Uncle's health is improving far beyond our expectations under her care! Tomorrow, Jean starts her days off and we hope our new overnight "Guardian", sent by Right At Home, will be half as wonderful as our first. .

After several months with another home health agency, I switched over to Right at Home to help me take care of my wife now recovering from major health problems. And I'm so glad I did switch to Right at Home Pasadena. Unlike the other agency, Right at Home Pasadena is completely open about their scheduling, provides regular aides for us who we are able to become friendly and familiar with (and not a new person each time), vets their aides to make sure that they are adequately trained and experienced for the job they have to perform. They are highly professional and aim to please. It is not about the money for them, it is about providing the best possible services to those who need them. Thank you, Right at Home Pasadena.

My husband and his brother hired Right at Home for their father. Their father was in the hospital for four weeks with pneumonia and needed 24 hour care/assistance when he got home. Right at Home worked with them to find caregivers that meshed well with their father. The caregivers have all been professional, knowledgable, friendly, trustworthy, and kind. As their father has progressed from needing 24 hour care to 12 hours/day care to 8 hours/day care, Right at Home has been very accommodating, allowing their father to request his favorite caregivers as the shifts have decreased. Right at Home comes highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Right at Home! We had difficulties at first because not many agencies were willing to do only a few hours a week, but Right at Home said they specialize in doing small shifts, and were more than happy to accommodate us. The aide they sent out was very friendly and very personable. And the physical therapist that we used through them was amazing! Overall a very good experience!
