This facility is pretty nice overall. They couldn't provide the care that my wife needed. One thing I would suggest is having a nurse on staff full time. That would be really helpful for some residents. They do housekeeping once a week and do an ok job. I turned it down most times. I would recommend them to family and friends who don't need a lot of personal and hands on care. They're not the best fit for higher levels of care.

Overall, it was a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some days they were short of help especially on weekends. Everyone tried to make things work for us.

We are super pleased with Pheasant Run, they are a full Alzheimer's care facility. They also have a circular architectural style which is great for those ambulating with Alzheimer's. They coordinate very well with the wonderful LDS volunteers who serve specifically this facility.

This was just not the right community for my loved one. The residents seemed to be more advanced and it was just not the right environment for my loved one and the type of place that we were looking for.

This community was good and they were friendly. I just did not have a wow experience but it came down to the location and me being able to get to my loved one easily.

I would check this community out and I would recommend the community to others. The med techs do a fine job at supporting the residents. The food could be improved on taste. They have served the residents refried beans as an side. The quality could be better as well.

The location of Parsons House was too far away from our kids. It also had a different format that we were not crazy about, we wanted more independence.

I liked this community as well there was nothing that stood out as a red flag but there was also nothing special that stood out. We just went with another community due to the overall feeling that it gave me. This community just did not have that same feeling.

The staff communicates well with me regarding my dad. The room is nice and large. The cleanliness and overall environment is nice, and the courtyards are nice. They could improve a little on activities, maybe provide more variety and more encouragement to residents to participate. But for the price and the size of the room compared to other places, it's affordable for us.

The personnel are very friendly. They do a good job, and they respond to your questioning. You just have to ask, and they'll respond. The care they provide is good, but they don't deal with any kind of physical therapy. The food was better when I first moved in. Right now, it's just okay overall. They seem to offer lots of good activities.

The community was nice, it was just over our budget and this was the downfall. In addition this community was in Texas and our loved one wanted to stay in Florida.

The community is currently changing management and they really treat us well and are acuminating. Communication between the staff and our family is good and they keep us well informed

When I was first looking for a place for my Father, I needed a community that was really close in proximity. When I first found this place I loved it. Everything here is fantastic. The people and staff have been great. This is the best place that I’ve found that specializes in Alzheimer’s care.

My dad is so much happier being here and knowing that I am so much more relaxed knowing he is being taken care of. He is around people all day long the staff does not let the residents go back to their rooms they keep them busy with activities and other events. His quality of life as far as his attitude has improved 100x over. The staff is overwhelming compassionate they care so much about the residents they take time to get to know them and their personalities. Dad seems to like the food I personally don't care for it. I think the lighting could be a little better in the rooms and the activity area however it is perfect in the lobby. that area has a homey feel to it. I would recommend this community to anyone.

We love that we have such a short distance to travel to visit my dad at Pheasant Run Alzheimer's Special Care Center. It is a beautiful and well-maintained community. We had dined there for lunch with my dad and the food was very good. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and caring and attentive to his care needs and very welcoming to us when we come to visit. They also allow us to bring our dog to come and visit dad too! There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate if they wish to.They have a big courtyard and a patio with rocking chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We would highly recommend this community to others.

I had a very nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was very kind. It was a good experience. The staff I came across was friendly, and informative. My questions were answered. From what I saw the community looked well-kept. It was a good tour, but this wasn't the one for us.

They were kind, open and understood why we had hesitations about a move in. If we had any questions they were glad to answer us. They were accommodating to our concerns. They were not pushy and wanted what was best for my mom. They were very helpful.

I toured this community. I did like the staff who were caring and friendly. I saw that they had a good menu and the residents seemed to enjoy the dining. They have activities. The community was well taken care of and enjoyable. I think families might want to tour the community to see if this is what they are looking for when it comes to value.

This community was our second choice. The staff I met were nice and the community seemed clean. I think this community is worth taking a look at.
