They are a clean enough place and the staff has always been decently friendly. They’re a little expensive for the services and quality offered. The care services and the activities that are offered are okay, about what one would expect.

It was a fine community and I don’t have anything unpleasant to say about it.

There are certainly areas of improvement here. Everytime I visit my loved one, she's always just sitting there. She hasn't participated in any activities. Also, the Expressions eating area is pretty depressing, since they are separated from the rest of the residents. I think if they could get the memory care residents out of their rooms more often, they would really appreciate it. Also, they could use some improvement in making sure that the resident's hygiene is taken care of more often. Whenever we have questions as to why it's not, no one seems to know why. The facility is very nice, but for the price, we should be getting a lot more.

We are most pleased with the Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care! My loved one really seems to enjoy it here, and he has told us that the people and the food are great. He is one of the younger residents at the community and he loves to help show everyone else around, and says they are all very friendly! We are just happy that he is happy and in a safe place!

The facility makes a good first impression. However, the lack of adequate staffing resulted in our loved one not receiving assistance with dressing or toileting. Often, family reminders to staff were needed to change soiled bed linens. Sometimes the food was cold and not all items were served to our loved one that were supposed to be included. The staff was well-meaning and concerned but too many patients for the available staff for the cost of services left us with an overall feeling of disappointment with the management of the facility. Our loved one fell twice in 1 week, the second of which led to fatal head injuries, even though we had alerted staff that day that he was unstable and needed closer supervision.

She was on the independent side, but she didn't really do the meals or activities. When she wanted food they would bring it to her. The reason I would give them a 4 is because they were supposed to have a concierge, and they had one, but didn't get another for quite some time. Overall, they were great to work with.

Summerplace was okay but it was geared more towards assisted living than what my mother needed and it was a lot more money because it was assisted living.

It seems to be a very comforting place. They want the residents to participate in as many activities as able. Very caring staff.

After searching many places to put our family member, we chose Prestige. The apartments were spacious and the facility was very attractive. What made up our minds for us was the staff. The nurse was caring and qualified. Everyone is helpful and are always pleasant. The food is well prepared and served in pleasant surroundings. Our family member has been there for eight months and still loves it. I would recommend Prestige to anyone.

Liked the feel of the place and the staff was very helpful. She will be moving in as soon as we can get all the paperwork done.

Sounds like they have an excellent program. Memory care set up in 3 smaller pods with a total of 36 beds.

Grandma's friend was here. Nice place but rooms are small.

Very nice facility. They were preparing for some redecorating, which will be nice. The lunch was very good. A bit too large.

Seemed very nice to work with and called us any time there was a problem. Just very expensive.

I'm not overly impressed with the community. The have a failure to communicate with the family about our loved one's needs that could assist our loved one. They aren't meeting the medications request and requirements for the residents. They don't have adequate building maintenance for the residents either. There are no activities provided to the residents. The only thing we have seen is the residents watching TV in the commons area together. The food taste is blah, and not appealing to the residents.

Our Dad Checked into Summerplace last week. He had a stroke. We've had nothing but a great experience so far. Starting with [name removed] who went over and above the call of duty handling my father's special needs and making the transition as smooth as possible. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Dad has enjoyed the food and really likes the dining Hall. Any time Dad or I as a son have asked Andrew or any of the staff for anything they have gotten it for us. I'd like to thank the staff and Andrew for taking good care of my dad

We placed my father at Prestige Senior Living in Manteca for many reasons. We looked at many facilities in Folsom, the Bay Area and in Manteca and Prestige was by far the best choice for many reasons. The value was much better at Prestige and my fathers only other choice was a skilled care facility. With the base rate for a 1 bedroom apartment and his level of care his cost is still less than in home care was costing him. Estee Nowak was a dream to work with. All of the caregivers are wonderful and very friendly. The dining room is also very accommodating and my dad is eating better than he was at home. I would highly recommend Presige Senior Living to anyone who needs a safe place for their loved one.

The food is to accommodate the ones that don't have chewing problems. You must ask for soft food for the ones that don't have the teeth. No vegan options. No traditional Asian or other options This is a problem for new residents.

My sister's been in there for a year and it is an OK place, but it is extremely expensive for the level of care, but I find that for all the other places I looked at too. Even though it seems like all the nursing homes, especially in Nevada are very expensive. I do like the one-to-one care that my sister gets at Parkway and I know when I'm not there she is getting all the attention that she needs. The new crew that took over, especially the manager of the [community removed] is the best that I've ever seen. Her name is [name removed]. And for that reason, I won't switch my sister to any other facility.
