My loved one's experience at this facillity is going fairly well! Though the staff is fairly new, they are working out some of the kinks in daily routine, but they are still very friendly and polite. This facility gives my loved one plenty of opportunities to socialize and participate in activities. Overall, this is a wonderful facility!

I wish we would have chosen this facility when we were touring. It is a smaller community and it felt like with it being a smaller space, they would be able to manage the resident's care better versus a larger place. They were very nice and the building was maintained very well during my visit.

I loved this facility. I am going to bring my husband for a visit as soon as he wishes. I will look at the other two but I think this will be it....when he is ready. Thank you for all of your help. Marvelous!! {removed]

This seems to be a very nice place. We are impressed with the availability of social options, and like the fact that they even have a mens club. We have high hopes.

This community had a nice view in and out. Everything seemed to be in order and maintained. The community did offer activities for the residents. If they took medicaid I believe my mom would have moved in.

Everything is going very well and we really like it here. They are caring for my brother very well. He is still adjusting and gets confused at times. I know he is safe and being cared for in a way I wasn't able to. Everything about this community is good.

I would say for someone transitioning from a house to a community like this, the cottages are very good. Sullivan Park a really good environment for someone like my Mother. They have more activities than she can do, she does puzzles a lot and plays bingo/ She likes the food. The community is close to everything, medical, shopping, etc. They are responsive when I call.

The staff here is very nice. They made the adjustment of moving here much easier than it could have been. The are attentive and accommodating. The facility itself is nice and has a welcoming feel when you walk in.

They keep track of the residents pretty well. My Dad sometimes forgets to eat and the staff always make sure they go get him so that he won't be hungry. I think the facility does a pretty good job.

They went way out of their way to see my mother and feel that she was going to be a good fit for the community and I really appreciated that. They made it easy and the staff themselves have been really sweet overall.

My impression was that my loved one was going to be there through July, but then her leg got infected and they were unable to keep caring for her, so we had to take her out and so she was only there about 20 days.

I was disappointed that they quickly elevated her level of care and it's so expensive. They seem to be very personable, every time I call they know who I am. I thought I was told in the beginning that they provide transportation to the doctor, but then I found out they charge for that service and I wasn't told that. Overall, I think it's a good, safe place.

It has been a difficult experience. My mom was assessed at a certain level when she was accepted, but was assessed again later and then needed a higher level of care which cost a little more and I was not really ready for that. I think they could have assessed her a little bit better in the beginning.

I toured here when looking. I really liked Expressions at Enumclaw. They were even going to be less expensive. However, they had a lot of women here, and I wanted dad to have some guys to socialize with.

Nice roomy cottages for independent living. Meals available for $7.00 in dining room if desired. Valley location is kind of far for us. Friendly staff.

Coming from the east coast, it's like night and day. The value is way better than the other location. I would recommend facility to others. The staff is really nice, the facility is clean, and the people that live there are very friendly.

Executive Director Michelle and Office Manager Allison went above and beyond to assist us with my father's smooth transition from CA to AZ as a new resident of Prestige at Claremont. I toured several facilities, but kept coming back to Prestige due to the warm, caring interaction between residents and staff. Activities Director Renee puts her heart into her work and it shows! Nurse Tamra is always very attentive and helpful. My father is pleased with his new home and we are very happy to know he is in good hands.

Executive Director Michelle and Office Manager Alison went above and beyond their duties by assisting our family with the coordination of my father's evaluation and acceptance to Prestige at Claremont within a 2-4 day window. Due to their understanding and efforts, we were able to smoothly transition my father from California to Lake Havasu Arizona. Activities Director Renee puts her heart into her work and it shows! Nurse Tamra is new, but has already shown that she is very attentive and helpful. I toured several assisted living facilities, but none possessed the same resident/staff interaction or caring and pleasant environment as Prestige at Claremont does. My father is pleased with his new home, which makes all of his family very happy.

I thought overall they did a good job here, but they weren't quite up to the level of care that my loved one needed. It was a nice facility, everything was well kept and clean, and the staff were all friendly and professional. However my loved one was in need of memory care and we found them a bit lacking in that regard.
