The memory care is great for individuals without behavioral issues, if there are any type of aggression issues with the residents, they do not deal with that well. I would definitely recommend for memory care individuals who do not have those aggression problems.

[Name removed] is a great guide and displays full confidence and ability. She is a primary reason for our decision to place my mother[name removed] in this facility.

What we like about this community is how flexible that staff has been, they are doing a great job working with our loved one and making sure she is getting the care that she needs. Some of the improvements can be with their meal service, our loved one complains that it is slow at times which is troublesome. Also they have not been able to do as many activities as we would of hoped for.

It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They try their hardest and are very nice people to deal with. We had little issues at first, but now we have all the snags worked out and are into a good routine. They have a lot of activities - music, movies, games. I think they do quite a bit with their residents.

The facility looks nice. Rooms weren’t as nice as other places we have seen. Their schedule is a little more rigid than what mom needs. And they don’t transport to church.

During the time our loved one was there our interaction with the administrator was very good, she was very professional and hopeful. When it came to the meals our loved one did say the portions were to big, and they didn't really make any changes to fix that or be more accommodating.

We chose Prestige Senior Living because it just seemed at the time to be the best fit for my mom and the value for the money. They also accept medicare. Initially they were very short handed with staff, but recently it has improved and they have an RN on site. She does complain that she does not like the food, she has allergies and said she is limited to what she can eat. She is also the last stop so the food is cold when it is getting delivered to her. I would definitely recommend them to others looking, they have been very helpful to our family.

We chose Prestige Assisted Living at Manteca because we thought it was the nicest place for the value, the amenities that they have, and this had a decent memory care unit based on others we looked at, which is what she is in now, They have plenty of activities and are actually getting her to participate. She is in a private room and it is good size for her. The only negative is that sometimes they are not very good about calling back, so I would tell others to be persistent. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

If you plan on living for 25 years after you join, it is excellent community. It is a 7th day Adventist community as well. The food was fine the few times we have eaten in the dining room. We mostly cook our own food.

For people who are still active it is great community, there are a lot activities for them. If you are not independent this is probably not the right fit for you. We chose this community because at the time he was active and the location was close to his home. I would recommend this community to other families.

I think they are short staffed at Prestige. Things that are suppose to happen don't happen or are very delayed. Quality of food is not the best. When my mom first moved in the food was good but has gone down hill since she has been there.

This would be my #2 choice. A bit dated and residents were not engaged.

This facility catered to Seventh Day Adventist people with 85% of the patients of this religion per [name removed], our tour guide. The building was 3.5 years old, very attractive inside. The dietary and religious needs did not fit our mother. $5450 was approx. quote for cost of 1 month care.

Went to both assisted living and independent liked the independent more but don't think it will work because they don't serve meat

Very clean and smelled great. Food looked good and staff seemed to be very caring and kind.

We had a tour here and along with other places too. They were fine and suitable for our needs but my mom did not pick this community for her reasons.

I have no complaints of how things went throughout my tour of this community for possible future living arrangements. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. They did a great job with the presentation and had a lot of great valuable information to share with me. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

It is difficult trying to choose a community that you think is going to give you the best care options for your loved one so when choosing it may come down to the little things that make the difference. The major factor in our case have we loved the open floor plans there are no hallways for my dad to wander down and get lost trying to find his room. The community is clean and well cared for. The staffing is nice and very professional. Dad is not complaining about the food so I am taking that he likes it.

I have no complaints about my experience with this community. The staff where friendly to us during our tour and made sure to be on time to our appointment. They had a lot of great information and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.
