We chose The Parker because of the price as well as the overall appearance of the facility when we first toured, we got a good feeling about them. The food is pretty good in the assisted living portion of the facility, but on the memory care side it has not been nearly as good. Overall, I would recommend the Parker to others looking.

This was a very nice community, they just would not take anyone who had thickened liquids so he was not able to be accepted there.

For the most part it has been a good experience. There have been a few things we had issue with, but that wasn't because of the facility per se. I liked how they worked really closely with us and helped us with the transition. And cleanliness has been very good as well.

Our family had an in person tour and it was very nice we really liked the people. Everything was really lovely but the value for cost was a little to high

We chose Elmcroft because it is all inclusive and they assessed my mom and have been very accommodating and took care of a lot of things that I have not had to worry about. The room sizes are amazing, she has a 1 bedroom and she has a single bed, recliner, drawers, and a tv and she still has plenty of room for other things. The food here is really good and they are chef prepared meals. The staff are very friendly and outgoing and they go out of their way for their residents. They even have special days where they take the residents out to eat or do something special with them that they want to do. I would recommend to others looking.

We had a virtual tour at Symphony. It's a very big facility, with a courtyard in the center, and the rooms are on the exterior in a big circle. I felt my loved one would be confused, going around in circles and unable to find his room. We ended up choosing a smaller setting. But Symphony was very nice. I never give anybody a perfect score because there's always room for improvement.

We chose Symphony of Centerville because they gave me references of others who have dementia like my husband and the person I talked to was very reassuring. The administrative staff have been extremely helpful and assured me that they would be able to care for him even with difficult behaviors. They have a great doctors who has been able to adjust medications and I have seen a lot of improvement in the last couple of times that I have seen him. The nurses call and keep me informed of what is going on and I really appreciate that. I would recommend to others who are looking.

Jose in the memory care unit is great ad the whole staff so far has been great. The only complain I had would be that the front office seems to be somewhat lethargic at getting things done. I do wish they could be more responsive. AS far as my mothers care it has been great, but I have not been able to go in. My mom seems to be in good spirits and I would recommend them.

The communication between the staff and the family is good and they keep us well informed and updated. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Elmcroft because it was convenient and I knew someone who had been here years ago and they had a good experience, the value for the money was good as well. They have been pretty good with communication since I am not able to go inside the facility. It is hard since I have not been able to go inside but I would probably recommend.

We chose The Parker because of the location, the cleanliness, and the price. The room sizes here are spacious. The food has been excellent, we have been very pleased with the food and the comments I have received from my mom about it. They have a chef that prepares the meals on a daily basis, so it is all fresh. Her favorite part about her stay at the community so far has definitely been the food. I would recommend The Parker.

Was sent an email about this facility having an open house and decided to visit. No one was there to greet us except a resident who opened the door and gave out the code. Once greeted by staff they seemed unaware that an open house was scheduled. While we were given a tour and all of our questions answered this situation was a little off putting. The facility itself is very nice, clean and modern. The units had sufficient space but not as much as we'd seen at other facilities. This particular facility is strictly assisted living and memory care whereas others accomodated both assisted and independent living.

I was very impressed with our initial visit. I chose for my mother as though for myself. Soon learned there were many leaving including staff. Food was not good. New changes in food director. Recommend a family member eat with your love bed one. New Director is arriving. Love to see focus on clients. Often no activities due to that person must drive bus to doctor appointments. Need more staff and a second activities leader.

My wife and I toured this facility, it was nice. The safety aspect is what I noticed first. They make sure someone is available all the time and it seems pretty secure. You don’t have to worry about your loved one wandering off. It’s a newer facility, only been open a year, and looked very clean. They had a few activities available for the residents, likes crafts and entertainers, and while we were touring the ladies were all downstairs getting manicures. It was a good tour overall.

The staff at this community are very nice. This community does seem to be a little understaffed. They do not currently offer a lot of activities, however they did just hire a new activities director. They are having an issue with keeping the community clean and attending to the residents. Mom likes the layout of this community and it is the right price. They do not always have a receptionist at the front desk. This is not a lock down community. I think they need to do a little better job with security.
