It is well for my sister-in-law and it took some time to settle in but now she likes it there. They have good service and good care. the staff are really nice and she likes not having to manage her medication, they remind her and help her. She has made some friends and the staff go out of their way, sometime they will wash her hair too. She likes care and the food too. It has been so much nicer at this community.

I liked the facility but it is geared for more independent living. Not sure my mom will get to that point.

My parents moved here recently and they are still adjusting. I think it's a safe place and the staff is very accommodating. They are slowly getting involved in activities while becoming more accustomed to their new surroundings.I chose this community because I liked the staff and the layout of the place. They were able to get a 3 room apartment here.

For the most part this senior living home is sincerely attentive to my needs. And the food is close to delicious.

When I toured the Brookdale Cleveland Park, I noticed that the place is very clean and well maintained. Everyone that I came into contact with there was quite friendly. I do not remember anything negative about the place, the reason we ended up choosing another community was because we started to look out of state.

I have no complaints about this community. Everything is working very well, and I'am comfortable with my mother's move to this community. It is a really nice looking community, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is very good. They are a new staff, but so far they have been good to work with. I've tired some of the meals, and the food is good. She is getting use too the routine around the community. I know she is safe, and being provided with good care. A place for mom was great for referring us to this community.

Very good assisted living. They keep the residents active and involved.

I’m 95 and needed more help than the place I was living. My family reviewed my needs & decided Elmcroft suited my needs more than any other place.

Since I can’t be at my own home, I would not want to be anywhere else. I have been here almost seven years, love it.

Good place to live.

My children chose this for my new home after looking at several other places. Had I been given the opportunity I would have chosen it also. The other residents are happy & “it “shows!! So Am I!!

I had a stroke several years ago, after hospital rehab. I came to Elmcroft and am making wonderful progress.

People are friendly. Place is clean. Yards & are kept. Staff are enjoyable to be around. Enjoy all people.

My parents had a lovely experience here at this community. Everything went very well and I was pleased. The community was very well maintained, everything looked very nice and clean. The staff is good, they were very helpful and attentive. Overall this is a good community I would recommend.

Overall our experience with Elmcroft of Byrd Springs has been a very good one. It's a nice looking place, the people are friendly, and they take great care of the residents. There are small things here and there that could be better, but in general it's a great place.

Fabulous facility! Staff were knowledgable and helpful. Would have enjoyed seeing my mom there, but she chose a smaller community.

I really like and enjoy playing bingo here. I am actually the Bingo champion well the "current" Bingo champion . You can challenge me if you like . GO Bingo

My Mother in Law was here for a week, but she is not a resident here. Everything went well while she was there as far as the staff and the facility were concerned. We did not have any complaints with Atria.
