The lady that we talked to and who helped us out was great. We felt like we had known her a long time, we sat around and joked and talked about all kinds of things. She was also great with her follow up, she called me to see if I had found a place for my mom and if we needed anything else. Unfortunately they did not have any openings at the time that we were looking, but from what I saw on the tour it looked very nice. We really enjoyed the tour experience and conversation that we had with her.

So far, my loved one seems to be happy with it. She says the food is good. They seem to be doing a fair amount of activities and keeping her pretty busy. The staff are friendly. Really the only issue is we've had something small go missing out of her room, likely due to another patient. I left a message for the manager but did not hear back from her.

I can sleep at night knowing that my loved one is taken care of. As someone who take care of my loved one for a long time beforehand, having a place you can trust to care for them like you would really matters.

I loved this community the rooms and everything. This was assisted living and my mother wanted to be in independent living. We were just not ready for this step yet, however when the time is right my mother will be going here.

The sales director on our initial tour was very nice and good to work with, and the rooms available for the residents are spacious and well appointed. Right now due to covid and the restrictions the activities are still somewhat limited, but they are slowly starting to bring back more and more

Nice community and nice staff. This would have been our second choice.

We really liked The Parker and enjoyed our tour with them, it went very well. They just wanted our loved one to be a little more independent which was a sticking point for us.

We chose Atria Regency because the facility itself is incredibly nice and everybody there was very welcoming. The value for the money was definitely a draw as well and they accepted animals. The room sizes here are adequate. They have a lot of activities provided for the residents. Overall I would recommend to other families looking.

my loved one stayed for a month. and they were excellent with what they were dealing with. This was a great community.

Overall it's been a great experience, especially for our loved one. I think communication needs to be up just a little bit. Which is probably not unusual. And that could be on our end as well. But our loved one likes knowing that she's safe, and if she needs anything, she can just call and get whatever she needs. Everybody has been extremely friendly to her, other residents as well as the staff. She just feels very safe, secure, comfortable, and she's very happy there.

We looked at 4 places total and Atria by far was a nicer facility for the money, great staff members who were very helpful and friendly, better nursing staff, and great food quality. My mom was in a 1 bedroom, it was perfect and plenty of room for her furniture. The kitchen was smaller but very adequate for the needs. The best part about this community is that it is very clean and organized. It looks more like a nice hotel rather than a nursing facility. I would absolutely recommend.

Grateful for the hard work and dedication to seniors that the staff show my mother at Atria Regency. They all do a great job and she loves it there

I was very impressed with this facility. The building is very well maintained and the locked entrance gave me a good feeling about security. The facility was clean, easy to navigate and all staff encountered were friendly. The residents looked happy as well. I hope my loved one chooses this place for his next home.

Hands down my #1 Choice thus far. [Removed] were so welcoming and helpful. They were very detailed with information and well prepared to answer all of my questions. Great first impression of staff and facility. I was so very impressed!

The staff was very friendly and helpful to my mother and me. The building , rooms and the grounds were very clean and well kept.

We are happy with the care from this very nice community. We like the staff who are always caring. The community is clean and maintanined. The meals are very good and she is happy with the variety. I like knowing that she is happy with the many activiites.We would recommend this community for the care of others

My mother lives here and the staff is so attentive. She has had a couple of falls and they called me right away and let me know. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel welcome. She likes the meals and enjoys them.They are having a family dinner next week. I chose Elmcroft because we were looking for a nice community and it's within walking distance of my house.

Byrd Spring is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was extremely efficient and accommodating as we processed into the community and have always been welcoming. My brother is in great hands!

The Elmcroft staff are exceptionally kind and helpful people. The facility is warm and inviting. I could not ask for better care for my 60 year old, special needs brother.
