Moved my loved one in and had worked with [names removed], they were both very knowledgeable. We walked around the community and it smelled and looked very nice, I really enjoyed the amount of windows and sunlight that comes in. Everyone was wonderful at the beginning and during this difficult transition. I highly recommend this community.

From the time we entered the doors [name removed] made me feel at home and trusting to put my love one here. It an absolutely stunning community with an amazing Courtyard with a beautiful hallways. One part I absolutely loved there is no carpet for my loved one to trip on.

Moved my MIL here, after a very unpleasant experience at another memory care facility. The staff has been amazing, in ALL aspects, very experienced in dealing with patients with dementia, which is what one would expect at a memory care facility!! They are awesome!! We feel incredibly blessed that she is there, and I am no longer losing sleep with worry!!

The admin staff was very helpful at first but I found it difficult to get a response or answers unless I found them and talked to them personally. And it wasn't always a quick resolution. The rest of the staff did a good job except there were several mornings we came in the morning to find mom lying in wet clothes and bedding. This was not good. She should have been attended to earlier. Overall the place was very good.

Like anywhere else. Some staff members are great and some are fair . [name removed]was excellent to work with. It was a good experience.

The staff is always caring, polite, and willing to help. They interact as though the residents are their own family.

Everyone here is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They knew exactly what requirements were required to get my mother situated and made it a smooth transition. My mom is loved, respected and taken care of.

Our loved one is a resident still and we are very satisfied with the whole experience. The Parker is recently under new management and their new name is KauHale Pettigru. They have kept a lot of the same team for which we are thankful. The staff works well with family to provide the best living situation for their loved one.

We placed my in-laws at the Parker. One in memory care and one in assisted living. We have been very pleased with how they are doing. The staff at the Parker has been amazing! Friendly and caring exactly what we were hoping for.

The level of service needed as they get older meaning the cost. Pricing and location was great for us.

What our family likes the most about the Proveer at Port City is the staff. They treat my mother very well and she gets a lot of attention. She has improved so much under their care.

Although nothing is perfect, the community has exceeded my expectations and I feel blessed to have found it. I definitely would highly recommend.

It's a great place that I'm happy to call home. It feels as if we are one big happy family. We have lots of on site activities, card and board games that are really fun to attend. I'm in the larger studio and it is real roomy. Perfect for me and my kitty.

My friend lived her for a couple of years. I really liked the staff, they didn't have a lot of turn over. The activities were really fun and they invited family and friends in to participate, those times are ones I will hold close to my heart now that she is gone.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean. The meals are great and the staff keeps the family informed.

All 5 stars! The main reason we initially chose The Parker was because of the location. [name removed] and [name removed] are key employees who are so kind and helpful!

I would say the staff is more professional. They answer the phone when I call. Every unannounced visit showed professional care across the board. Your organization found it for me.

Proveer at Port City is about to start some renovations, which will improve the cleanliness in the main hallways with new floors and paint. The foyer and dining area are to be spruced up, too. They also have a new chef, and the food is improving daily as he is getting settled in. Overall, the facility is wonderful!!

This place was very clean, administration was informed and kind, they had an available space.Definitely would refer others. Love the admin and staff.

The Proveer at Port City community has been amazing. The staff members there are very attentive and caring towards the residents. They have great communication between our family and the staff team. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others looking for a place for their loved ones
