Point Defiance Village is an independant living place. They take really good care of people. The management there has been very cooperative. Overall it has really been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

I think they do a very good job at Windham Falls Estates, I would give them high marks across the board. It is a nice looking, clean community, and the staff are friendly and do a great job looking out for the people who live here. We are very pleased by the experience overall!

I put my step dad in Mesa View and he is very happy and doing well there. It is a very clean and nice place. The food is very good. He has not missed a meal yet. Everybody there is really very nice to him and they are very nice to me.

Are we happy with them?... Yes, and no. Less than a week after we moved in there, they went into a quarantine for two weeks. That was hard, because the move was made based on socialization, and activities. When they went into quarantine, it was full on, stay in your rooms, food brought to the rooms, and that wasn't very good. But I will say they jumped on it to handle that flu outbreak. The facility is nice, with sunny apartments. They have quite a few activities. Whenever you tell them anything they are very receptive, and I think they are doing a good job, overall. I would give them a four.

Fernwood at the Park has been good so far. Dad is really enjoying them. I would rate them pretty highly, and give them eight out of ten. It's working out well so far.

My dad has been there for 2 months and everyone already knows him by name! I went to go visit him the other day and he didn't go to lunch. Everyone asked if he was okay. It's nice to know someone is looking out for him. He is very happy there. Hes also enjoys the food there. This a 4 Star Community that is very clean and friendly. I would rate the care services 4 stars and everything else I would rate 5.

Overall it has been a good experience with Golden Mesa. They have been very professional and good and easy to work with.

My father and step mother both moved in there. They like it, but are going through some adjustments. They had some issues but it was more like change going from their home to the Mesa View. They like it and have no complaints. The staff is friendly and other than them going through a change and out of their comfort zone. They are getting used to it though.

everyone is very friendly and helpful.the apartments are very nice for the price.its convientley located.Everything is nearby.Fort hill pharmacy delivers medications for free.My only complaint is it takes forever to be served food in the dining room.Its not uncommon to spend 2 hours for the main meal at noon.

They are doing good so far.

I do think they should clear the snow off the sidewalks which they don't do. Otherwise they do everything mostly pretty well. It is a very clean nice facility with very friendly helpful staff. It has been a good experience and I would recommend South Towne Ranch.

They are wonderful here. The only concern we have right now is trying to get a new manager, they need two, and they only have one. They have a temporary fill in. The food is pretty good, there are some things I don't like, but the quality is always good. They have plenty of things to do everyday, today they went to the museum, so they have much more than just bingo.

They have been very nice, and very welcoming. The other residents seem to be pretty nice. The food is good, she says she has to push the plate away so she doesn't get fat. So far things are working out pretty well.

I have actually been very impressed with Cottonwood Estates. They are very good to the people who live there. They are very laid back, and always there to help in any way they can. My mother is very comfortable and secure at Cottonwood Estates.

The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful with my mom, very caring for her and making sure all her needs are met. It's been a very positive experience. If I were to make any complaint, it would be that they only have just one elevator in the apartment building with a lot of people and that can be inconvenient, with the old people having to just wait and wait, which can be rough on them. But I don't think that's a problem that is feasible for them to solve.

They were very helpful in the relocation of my mother, and getting here account set up for automatic pay and other financial matters. They are just very helpful in general overall.

This was one of the two communities that we looked at when we were searching. They were both nice, both were clean, and had a friendly staff. This was a little more expensive than the other place, and since they were comparable, we chose the other place.

I toured this location when I was looking into senior living options for my parents. Overall I thought this seemed like a very nice place. The resident managers seem very in-tune with and very cognizant of the needs of their residents. The entire staff just seemed to know the residents very well. I liked the layout of the community as well, and the grounds were well kept and nice looking. However there did seem to be a lot of space and long hallways between the living areas and the common and dining areas, which would have been a major inconvenience for my parents.

I like that the staff is very nurturing and caring, not judgmental about people with memory issues. They don't treat them like children. They are resourceful. I've had some challenges with my client, and they've been able to help me find ways to deal with it. The place and the furniture is old, there is one elevator, which can be challenging with wheelchairs. I wanted a place that would be warm and nurturing over more amenities, for my client, and that is what they are all about.
