I don't like the way they bill there's no itemized bill. It's just a lump sum. I didn't spend time comparing because I needed to get help quickly. Then I stuck with them because my wife liked the caregiver.

I am happy so far with our experience so far with Home Helpers. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

I would give this agency high marks for the service they provide. We have had a positive experience with them. A caregiver comes out every day. They are always on time and really to work very professionally. The agency is easy to get a hold of. I have not had an issue with the caregiver or the agency canceling the appointments for no reason. I would recommend them

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since he has been using this home health companies services. They are all so friendly and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing my husband. I like the fact that if there is ever an issue or cancellation in our appointment the owner is right on and makes sure to fix the situation immediately. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone interested in a home health company.

I thought that the staff at this company have been very professional and have really taken the time out of there day to communicate with me. i have yet to use this company but I just want to point out how easy they have been to talk to and handle everything. I am looking forward to using there services in the future.

I have two caregivers, one I would give 5 stars, and the other 3. They are always on time and very helpful. They cook meals for me and help me with anything I may need.

From what my brother's and sister's have told me, the caregivers from Home Helpers have been very good. They are on time and very helpful.

Keep dad active, take him for walks, help with eating habits, they make sure everything is sanitary. They have some minor issues with showing up on time.

My father needs a little help daily the caregivers have been providing the necessary help. They are doing good keeping the house clean and up kept. My father has been getting his daily exercise with the help of a caregiver. The communication has been great so far from them. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My mother has adjusted well to the home care coming into her to help her out. The care giver that they send is wonderful. She does a very good job of cooking, cleaning , and mom's personal care. My mother really enjoys her company. Everything is working out very well. This is a home care agency I would recommend.

Overall our experience with Home Helpers has been a good one. The office staff has been friendly and easy to work with, and our loved one's care needs are being met. We had some initial difficulties regarding tardiness issues with a specific caregiver, but they've since corrected the issue.

I am very happy with Home Helpers of Oak Park. The caregiver seems qualified and gave good care.The family is quite happy with them. I have had no complaints. They always respond to my call and e-mails.

We are happy with home helpers and so far there are no issues. There was a bit of delay on their side with insurance, but as far as care we have no complaints.

Working with Home Helpers has been such a positive experience. They help my mom out with everything to cooking and cleaning to light house keeping. The original caregiver we had was amazing. She really paid attention to detail and anticipated my mom's every need which was very much appreciated. She ended up leaving the company and was replaced with another caregiver that wasn't as attentive so we asked to have her replaced as well. The current caregiver we have is as like minded as the original caregiver and it is working out great! I would most definitely recommend them to a friend.

I thought they were extremely well organized, and extremely quick to respond any time we needed anything. The only thing I can think of where they might could have done better would have been that it was not clear who their customer was - me or my mother. I told them that although i do not have any legal authority over my mother, I was their paying customer and they needed to communicate primarily with me in terms of the care needed, special requests, etc. Overall though it really was a very positive experience that we had with Home Helpers of Rochester and I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Home Helpers was only a short one, but overall I thought they did a good job. The administrative staff were friendly and easy to work with, and the caregivers they sent did a good job looking after my loved one.

I was referred to Home Helpers by a friend and have found the manager, Liz, to be very helpful! She is sensitive and knowledgeable of the caregiving industry and made finding suitable caregivers for my dad a priority. During a very stressful time for my family, Home Helpers did what they could to provide us the resources we needed to keep dad at home.

The one thing that I think Home Helpers could do to improve would be to give us the opportunity to interview the caregivers before they send them out. My mom has dementia, and some of the caregivers have worked out just fine, but there was one that did not work out. I let them know right away about the one that did not work and they didn't send her again. My mom needs to have a good rapport with the caregivers in order for me to feel comfortable with them enough to be able to leave them with her for a time. For the most part they have been very good.
