Excellent Service with kind aides that provided the best care. They took our insurance and were very helpful throughout the entirety of the process. Quick and easy to set up and I would highly recommend them for any type of senior care service that is needed.

They have done well executing their commitment to my family as agreed/contracted (i.e. We depend on this company completely during the contracted hours each day.).

We have been very pleased from start to finish with the whole process. The person who did out in-home consultation was attentive and gave us great options for payment. The caregiver who has been assigned to us is punctual, nice, and very good at her job. We would definitely recommend Home Helpers of East Idaho.

Things have changed alot with home helpers since this last review. Better trainings for caregivers.

I like this community for the outstanding care and the staff who are very caring. The community is clean and always taken care of when there is something that needs to be done. The menu is very good and they make sure to consider any special needs. We like living in a good environment and have recommended others for the value and great care for others.

They were very professional. When we were getting started they were very patient with me and answered all of my questions.They even answered questions I didn't know to ask.

My experience with Senior Advisor [Removed] was outstanding. She was very helpful and professional when I was searching for home health options for my elderly mom living in Port St Lucie. I am in Texas and wasn't familiar enough with services in Florida or options available. She returned calls/emails promptly and seemed to genuinely care about the situation. She made numerous follow up calls/emails also to ensure we received the services we needed. I really appreciated the efforts.

I like the care for my father at this community. We have found the staff to be excellent in the care that he is receiving. He seems to be happy with the menu and the variety. He is activities with several activities. The community is clean and nice to enjoy when I visit my dad. I would recommend this community to other families. This is just wanting we were wanting for his care.

I can not say enough good things about the services I had received from Home Helpers, they where absolutely exceptional. I had a great relationship with my caregiver as well as the director of the company.
