Very good experience with this company. There was a problem with one of the people they sent but it only took one phone call and they sent someone else. Couldn't have asked for more caring caregivers they sent to help my parents.

I really can't think of anything they can do to improve! My husband as PST. They get him out of bed and help him shower four times a week. They help with breakfast, help with therapy, etc. Any time I need them they are right there.

Home Helpers is an invaluable resource for my husband and I as we continue to care for my mom in our home. Melissa and her staff are caring, very helpful and also FLEXIBLE! As our needs and schedules have changed, somehow they have managed to keep up with us. That has allowed us to maximize moms care and enjoyment of things and we are grateful. After several days of searching for a trustworthy agency, I finally found Malinda and Home Helpers. She worked diligently to find the right caregiver for my father. I highly recommend using her services. She is truly a guardian angel and my entire family feels confident in her abilities and those of her staff.

Everything has worked out very well with Home Helpers so far! The administrative staff have been very easy to work with, and all of the aides they've sent have been friendly and professional. The office staff are good about staying in touch, and like to check in and make sure things are going well with the aides they've sent.

Moving into my mom's home when she was diagnosed with dementia was the most stressful time in my life. Her mental health was deteriorating week by week, but she wasn't ready to be put in a home yet. Home Helpers was the answer. I didn't need help full time, but definitely part time. They worked with me to work out a schedule and pick the right helpers that both my mom and I felt the most comfortable with. They saved both my physical health and my emotional/mental health. They were professional and extremely kind!

I am so satisfied with everything. The gal who comes over does a fantastic job. It really helps if you are the primary caregiver – it’s a really good idea to have a backup in place. They’ve never missed a day. They’re my first experience with any kind of service like this.

So far so good. The homecare process seems to be working well. They're taking care of all of my loved ones care needs, and my loved one gets along well with her caregiver.

They've really done a terrific job so far. They're very congenial with us and we've never had any problems come up with scheduling or with a caregiver not being on time. Just a pleasant experience all around.

We've been using their services for a little while now, and everything is going great! We have had no issues with scheduling or communication at all! In fact, our caregiver writes me notes everyday that are very detailed and show a record of what happened throughout the day, such as what my loved one ate or what they did. She is conscientious and is asking me for more ideas of things to do with my loved one! I was hesitant at the beggining, but it's been a great experience so far!

We have had a good experience. The staff is very friendly. We requested to have the same caregiver, and not have different people coming through, and they have been able to provide some consistency there. I am very pleased with the service and have not had any problems with our caregiver not showing up or being late.

My Mom has Dementia and needed home care 24/7. We used Home Helpers for over 1 year and were very, very pleased with everyone who works for them. Liz is the owner and her and the people who work for her are"Angels from Heaven". They cared for my Mom as if she was their own Mother. I was able to go home and sleep peacefully at night knowing that they were caring for my Mom. If there were more than 5 stars to rate them, I would have given them more!

They were great. They were fantastic, with a very high quality helper for him. Bonnie, the manager, is very thorough. She came out to the house and went over everything with us. They were flexible in the way that we were able to pay with checks up front. We only used them for a few weeks though, and then my father wanted to go back home to WIlliamsburg.

We chose Home Helpers because they were located close to where we lived. They were also recommended by a friend that actually works for them. We only used them for a short period of time but they served their purpose. We were very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Home Helpers was referred to us by someone in a friend's networking group. I interviewed a bunch of different companies and really liked Ronnie when she came and interviewed. She did a great job.

Home Helpers will be providing home based care for Dad while his caretakers are on a 9 day vacation. I was very impressed with her information and willingness to work within our time needs and try to meet our budget. She is the person that found the stove on when she and the caretaker visited him.
