So far so good. We have her from in 3 days a week, 5 hours each day. She is really nice, very helpful and Mom really likes her.

All set. Great company to work with. We like them, she likes them found a great match

All is great - they picked the perfect person for my parents ! I haven't seen her since the initial interview - but my parents are happy - that's all that matters !

Very professional and knowledgeable. Very flexible in their arrangements. Staff representative was great!!

Very happy and grateful to have found Home Helpers Home Care of North Broward to take care of our aunt when she fell earlier this year. Fortunately, we found the right home care agency to help us out. Their caretakers, especially [name removed]; and their executives, [names removed], went above and beyond the line of duty. I was pretty frantic when I called Home Helpers Home Care of North Broward. Finding compassionate, dignify and quality care is very stressful. And, the COVID 19 pandemic makes it all more complicated. We had already gone through two agencies. We wanted properly trained and certified personnel with a proven record of knowledge, responsibility, and punctuality. We also required gentle and kind care in two languages, English and Spanish. Our aunt became very fond of their caretakers. They provide a loving, joyful environment which as important as safety and care to maintain the best possible quality of life. Our aunt felt surrounded by well-trained people that treated her like family. I do want to provide acknowledgement and to thank them. More importantly, I want to help others out there that like us are nervously looking for the right home care. We all need reassurance in trusting that we are getting the best care for our loved ones, at a very difficult time. The level of commitment, humanity and professionalism of Home Helpers Home Care of North Broward is unparalleled and I whole heartily recommend them 100%.

My wife and I are new to home healthcare services and weren't sure we would like the intrusion into our quiet life. We were wrong! Our helper, [name removed], know how to fit in and lift household burdens off my wife's shoulders. She also enables us to get to doctor visits. My wife has commented twice recently on how she has felt the easing of responsibility and the reduction in worry. Its Working

The director of Home Helpers Pete does a great job. If there are any questions and concerns he is very quick about taking care of them. The caregivers do try their best to maintain everything clean. They also help preparing meals for my mother they do try and it's greatly appreciated. The meals could use a little improvement as well as the cleaning but overall everyone is wonderful the staff and the director are very attentive.

They have done a good job. It seems to have worked out well so far. I haven't had any issues with people not showing up or being late. They have been helpful and reliable.

I had help at home from Naaman [removed] and a capable woman he brought. Then my husband entered Jennings Terrace nursing home for memory care with skilled nursing . He was there just 13 days and died on June 9. Having Home Helpers taught me that I could not take care of my husband by myself and the nursing home gave him 24 hours a day of safe and excellent care. The gentleman who first contacted me gave me confidence that I had found trusted help. I am grateful. It made the transition much easier for me.T

We are grateful for the gentle and professional support that Home Helpers offered to my father and our family. Home Helpers, in cooperation with a local hospice, was able to give my father the care that he needed. As he came closer to the end of his life, his caregiver assisted us with changing, dressing and moving him. I do not know what we would have done without their assistance. I would recommend Home Helpers and their staff.

When families’ members are trying to do it all and cannot be in two places at the same time Home Helpers Owners Naaman & Debra [removed] are of great assistance. Not to mention if you live out of state such as I do services like Home Helpers are golden. They are especially golden when they provide an outstanding personal touch with very reasonable rates.

So far we are pretty happy with them. The have been reliable, and I haven't heard of any issues so far. Things have been smooth.

I'm only giving them a 4 1/2 because I have nothing to compare them to. This is the first agency we have used and everything has been great. It would be better if I had a consistent schedule for them but I don't and I really appreciate them making it work for us. The admin as well as the caregivers have all been wonderful! I would recommend them.

Home helpers has been great! The only problem we ran into is the fact that this particular agency doesn't have a nurse. I thought that was a bit concerning since most agencies do have a nurse as well. The aide they sent was really really good. Overall we were very happy with their services and would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was in a pinch and needed far more help with my mom than hospice care alone could manage. Home Helpers provided professional service at reasonable rates and made all look easy. Showed me how it's done. A genuinely caring bunch. No regrets, Many thanks.

After interviewing several caregiver agencies to care for my husband, I found Liz at Home Helpers. She was easy to communicate with and wonderful to work with. She understood our needs and what we were looking for. She brought us two amazing women who rotated 24 hour shifts and stayed with us for four months until his passing. These two women were a Godsend. They cared for my husband as if he was one of their own. It's been an extremely sad and difficult time for us. They were a comfort to have around. They came to us as caregivers and companions, and left as dear and loving friends. I cannot praise them enough and hope to stay in touch with them. Thank you, Liz, for all you did and your devotion to the difficult job you do.

We've had some minor problems but they were all taken care of. They do need to communicate with each other a little bit more, they are keeping her involved with the things that are going on, Devon has been really good about taking her to bingo and things like that. We're very comfortable with it, she's farther out than any of us can't really travel so it's great to have somebody you can rely on. They're communicating a lot more with me now so that's helping a lot.

I am extremely impressed with the caring, compassionate approach of the owner, his staff, and the aide they provide, including a free chemistry check to see if both the client and aide are mutually compatible. They offer several options for care, and are flexible in terms of rescheduling if necessary. The aide is extremely gentle, knowledgeable and caring for my mother, so I feel very comfortable knowing that she is safe if I need to leave the house. The aide also has given me wonderful tips for keeping my mother safe when she's not there.

Quality of care, most important. Friendliness, administrative expertise, and responsive.
