Every time I come to this facility, I continue to be impressed. No smell, very inviting. The care given to their residents is remarkable and the love they give them is unmatched. I go to many facilities on a regular basis and this is the one I would choose for my family member.

I am in and out of Colonial Gardens weekly at all different times of day. I am greeted by staff in happy voices. I always see the staff interacting with the residents as family , each one seeming to know exactly what each one's preferences are instinctively! I'm in and out of facilities in my line of work everyday and I honestly can say that Colonial Gardens is always clean and feels like home. The cottages are just the right size to be cozy . The nursing staff are some of my favorite people and genuinely care about all of their residents and it's evident in their caregiving. If I had to choose a memory care unit right now for my parents, it would be Colonial Gardens of Fort Worth.

My loved one was at another facility before coming to Colonial Gardens. After staying there less than a year, it was apparent that a move was a must. I did not even know this place was here until a friend told me. I hated to have to make a move and it was scary but for the sake of his care and well being I just had to. I have never had a regret since the day my dad moved into Colonial Gardens. I cannot say enough about the staff and the loving care they give. They give us peace of comfort each day all staff and management treat everyone as their family. I am grateful for their integrity, honesty, and compassion. The people at Colonial Gardens love what they do and it shows. Thank you all!

Absolutely wonderful care at this facility. Caregivers have been here the entire six years my mom has lived here (i.e. low turnover). It's like a home, and my mom is very happy here!

A unique and homelike setting for dementia patients, with caring and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful backyard with safe access to outdoors, with large covered patio, walking path and flower beds.

Colonial has a homey look and I am impressed with all the help that my husband receives. The staff are very kind and professional.

Beautiful small community of residents with genuinely caring, loving and experienced staff. The 20 residents per home is the perfect size that provides the increased care per resident that we were looking for to give that extra measure of care to our precious mom. The facility is kept very clean and the activities are great??. We are very thankful we found this wonderful Facility for mom to spend her last days. I visited my mom almost every day and found no problems, It was so comforting to know she was in caring, experienced hands. We highly recommend Colonial Gardens Alzheimer's Memory Care Ft Worth. ??

My loved one has been at CG for over two years. The activity director is amazing and it is clear he cares immensely about the residents. This is true of the nurse who is very responsive to the needs of the residents. The food is good. Some of the care staff are incredible. They are so patient and respectful. The ones that are lazy and who do not respect the residents do not remain. While no place is like home, this one is a good fit for my loved one. It is small enough so it feels like a home. He knows the names of many of the care givers. Of course, it takes a strong director to make sure a facility is functioning properly. While there is always room for improvement I do highly recommend Colonial Gardens.

Blossom is a really special retirement and assisted living home. The owners are a family and the employees are very caring people. The home is immaculately clean and open and enjoyable to live in. [name removed], her family and crew are doing a great job with my mother. I could not be happier with the home and I am thankful that [name removed] from A Place For Mom recommended it to me. [Name removed] is such a caring and supportive advisor and she knows what she is talking about. Thank you

Working with [name removed] and her staff has been a true delight..This is our Mothers final journey and they have made it a very pleasant one from family party’s to glamor shots of all the residents.. The food and music at the family nights is great.

I moved my mom into Colonial Gardens. This was the best decision I could have made. Alzheimer's is such a scary disease. The executive director, [name removed] is so knowledgeable and helped ease some of our fears. I know we have a long, hard journey ahead of us, but I know everyone at Colonial Gardens will be here to help and support my mom and me. They have a full calendar of activities including Happy Hour on Thursdays. I am there every Thursday to enjoy a margarita with my mom. Having events like this helps me make special memories with my mom. I can take this time to enjoy her company and don't have to worry about taking care of her because the staff does such a great job caring for all of her needs. If you are looking for a memory care community look no further than Colonial Gardens, they are the best at what they do.

My mom was a resident for seven years and the staff was always courteous, compassionate and professional. My family can't thank you enough! As on of 3 RNs in the family, y'all get an outstanding rating! Never smelled like pee! Could recommend this facility to anyone. Excellent care and compassionate staff!

Could use a cleanup of rooms paint (fresh) - dining room chairs - basic general cleaning

Colonial Gardens is the oldest memory care resident in Ft. Worth and still one of the best. More feeling of being home and real home cooking. The staff is incredible and caring.

The staff here are angels on earth. The tenderness and compassion with which they cared for my husband was humbling. And they truly saw him, his humanity, his frailness, his idiosyncrasies. He felt safe here and he trusted them. My husband and I were both blessed that he spent his last months in this wonderful place.

My mom has been there for 6 years, and they are wonderful! Caring staff and homey atmosphere, no complaints!

LOVE this facility! Wonderful set up! Small and feels like home! Secure back yard setting, great staff, our family always feels heard, important and part of the community. My friends grandma has flourished here! What a blessing at such a difficult time!
