The Director at Colonial Gardens, Georgina is a gem. Over the years I have witnessed first hand her dedication and sincere love for her residents. She is truly invested in the well being and care of the residents as much as their families. The support and open communication she has with families is greatly appreciated. The "cottages" do feel like a home but they also have plenty of room for the residents to walk around and the patio and backyards are breathtaking. They are very natural environments with great big beautiful yards filled with plenty of trees and a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. And I can't forget to mention [name removed] and [name removed] who have also been there for years and treat the residents with so much love and dignity.

One of the biggest advantages is the lack of turnover with senior staff. This community is specifically only memory care so there is only one type of patient. It is nice to know that the people that work there are only trained on senior memory care.

My mother has moved into Blossom Care as I am no longer able to properly care for her in her declining health. It is a lovely residence with wonderful caring employees. My mother has a very nice room with a full bathroom and a walk-in shower. They have activities like games and puzzles including many more, but unfortunately my mother can't participate. They are licensed for 16 residents and they currently have 12 residents. One of the best things about it is that the ratio of caregiver-to-resident is very high which is one of the main reasons I chose their facility over a large nursing home with mediocre care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs help with their loved ones.

We toured this community and it was a very good-looking community. The staff was very friendly and the tour was great. They have furnished rooms and I would recommend this community to others.

She was here before covid and now is here after so a lot of protocols and things that have changed. In the beginning the communication was a little off but other than that they were very proactive and organized to keep the residents safe while still letting them socialize safely. They are a non profit facility, so if my grandma does run out of money they will keep her here. Their food is really good, they provide a lot of variety and they are chef prepared meals. My grandma loves all the activities, they have things like bingo, wine night, exercise classes, movie nights, etc. Prior to covid they had church and communion. They have their own transportation as well so they take the residents to their appointments and the grocery store when needed, the bus is extremely nice as well. We are very pleased and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

My husband was in this facility for 2.5 years. The staff and medical people were great. I received so much good and concerned care that I felt he was safe and caring. They were so kind and professional the whole time he was there. My thanks to everyone who came in contact with my husband.

Colonial Gardens is the best place in Fort Worth to place your loved one. The staff is truly caring and supportive of family. Anyone looking for LTC need look no further than Colonial Gardens. Thank you for your years of care for my mother. You are angels indeed!

The thing we liked most about Golden Stage at Leon Springs was the layout of the actual facility and it was homey. It is not as big as some of the other places that we looked into as well. The room sizes here are good and they do have a variety to choose from based on your needs. They do always seem to have activities going on and the residents are always busy. Overall, we have been extremely happy with our experience here.

Colonial Gardens has been amazing. The staff is caring and they maintain an high level of patience and empathy, even with residents who can be sometimes difficult. They were responsive and worked with us on all issues we had, they carefully balanced safety during the virus. I have been so impressed by the administration as well as the day to day staff. I would absolutely recommend to others who are looking.

We chose Colonial Gardens because the friendliness of the staff, the warm atmosphere, and seeing the residents participating in the activities during our tour. Also for us, it was very close to our home. My father had a private room and it was pretty spacious. The best part about this community is the fact that the staff members have been here for a while, they seem committed to their jobs and it makes it a warm and comfortable environment. I would recommend the facility.

It is a very nice facility, and it is in a nice neighborhood with a rural setting. The staff has been very engaging. The rooms are comfortable, it is a converted house which is a part of what we liked. It is not like an institutional cookie cutter room. We have heard good things about the food, but with COVID we have not had a chance to go there for a meal.

2995+ This is a nice place with a beautiful outside area (nice view). Bigger room choices. A bit expensive but have a price break offering right now. Good reviews. Looks the best, so far.

I am so thankful for Colonial Gardens and their staff. The care they give my mother is wonderful. I couldn't ask for anything better. My mother is happy and healthy which is amazing considering the challenges with COVID-19. They are the best.

This facility is outstanding! I have a loved one currently there. It came highly recommended by a trusted friend. I'm picky and critical when it comes to placing a loved one with strangers, then walking away. One must experience the trama to understand. Staff and support far exceed expatiations! I have experience with others.

Highly recommend this community for excellent care for dementia/Alzheimer's community. The leadership is stable and leadership and staff are very caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their jobs. They have multiple activities during the day to keep the residents engaged and out of their rooms. Small community that provides residents home-like environment. As a healthcare professional this is the memory care unit I recommend.

Every visit the staff is kind and caring to all residents. I am a hospice worker and my patients are very well taken care of by facility staff. Facility is always clean. When I walk into this community it always feels like a home rather than an assisted living. [name removed] is an exceptional leader. [name removed] is a great nurse and above and beyond leader.

Great! All the people are so good with the residents ( I know I would NEVER have the patience). One surprise is how good the food is! I have been here many times (every day pre-virus) for meals and have tasted!

I am a hospice nurse at Encompass. I've been coming to the community for over 1 year. I myself have no concern on how our patients are cared for. The staff is very caring and loving to the residents. What impressed me most is that unless they're 2 hours up 2 hours down, they are all out in dining area participation in activities. Even the house supervisor is top-notch in caring for residents and making sure everything is done correctly.
