I observed staff at all times attentive and knowledgeable of each resident. Residents are cared about and cared for in the most respectful and loving ways. Memory care is a difficult area to serve, but the staff here has followed their calling and serve these folds well!

The small community atmosphere is optional for my mom. She is thriving under the care of the kind caregivers, many of whom have been with her since she first got there.

The staff was incredible and made dad feel at home every day. Thank you for the great work.

As a hospice nurse, I have been in and out of this facility for 5 years. The meals always look great, I could not ask for better care of their residents. Facility and patient rooms are always well maintained.

Cozy facility, knowledgeable staff.

This community has a very "home like" feeling. The staff interacts with residents exceptionally well. You do not see residents trying to depart nor do you hear them complain. This is definitely a "5" star community. I doubt this rating will decline with the existing staff.

The community is lovely. All staff very nice, friendly, and willing to help with any need. Communication is great as well. Facility always looks so nice and smells so good. Residents seem to enjoy themselves and actually seem to like calling the place "home".

Finding Colonial Gardens to care for my 90 yr old mother has been an absolute blessing. The entire staff is wonderful and focused on providing the best care for a diverse population of residents with cognitive issues. The facility encourages family participation by scheduling family dinners, gardening activities, and allowing visits whenever possible. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing assisted living and memory care.

Our mother was diagnosed with dementia and it got to the point where she could no longer live alone. We were looking for a place where mom would feel more at home and not lost in a large facility. New Hope came highly recommended to us and luckily they had an opening when we needed them. The facility is more like a home and was always clean. The staff and management team were always helpful and caring towards our mom and all others that lived in the facility. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, and want to feel assured that they will be taken care of just like they were family, then we would highly recommend New Hope Assisted Living.

The facility staff is very clean and does not have the usual ALF “odor”. The staff is always very friendly and always very helpful as a medical professional. It has been a pleasure to work with the staff who has never hesitated to answer questions and help me in my job with my patient currently at your facility. I would like to personally find out that [Removed] the Medtech has been wonderful and has provided as much info as I have needed. [Removed] the activities person so caring and works so well with the residents and have not hesitated to assist me in questions. Thank you for such and a great team and a great facility.

I toured here when looking for a place for my sister. It was very, very nice. I liked it but my sister didn’t seem to. I liked the grounds a lot and some of the residents were outside while we were touring. It seemed very safe and very accommodating. The facility was very clean and there weren’t any smells, which is normally the first thing I try to pay attention to. The residents all seemed happy and helpful and everything I saw was beautiful. It was a nice place all around but we ultimately went with a different community.

Lovely facility. Upbeat atmosphere. Variety of activities, including dominos, puzzles, music, crafts even time outside for fresh air. Caregivers treat residents with love and respect. A top notch care facility!
