Nice place and appears well kept. Don't really like that it backs up to the apartments without any division. Land Locked due to surroundings. Have a 2 Bdrm avail now.

Cherry Creek was again the same as Garden Plaza,they were very clean,professional great customer service, great food ,in tune with the residents,and informative . I would give them 4.0 Stars.

Garden Plaza is a great facility ,they are very in tune with the new residents, clean, great food, professional, great customer service and informative.

My husband toured the facility last week, but there are no handicap sinks in the bathroom which my father MUST have. Also, rent is higher than most even though it might be a nicer place. Staff is the BEST. They have been so kind and considerate of me and my problems. They are just great!

It's been a year since I was a resident there and I understand things have gotten better. When I was there construction needed to be done due to a major flood so the activities were very limited and I understand that has been taken care of. My biggest complaint was the food. I do not know if that's gotten any better. The unit I was staying in was quite nice. It had a full kitchen

The staff members are very nice and the community itself is very clean, however, our loved ones room could use some improvement with the housekeeping. We understand that lacks a little due to the staffing issues but we have to do a lot of our own cleaning, dusting and changing sheets.

If this is the type of services you need, as far as assisted living, this is a good place to start. The community will deliver meals to the resident as requested. They serve three meals a day. Bingo, music, games, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. There is a calendar of activities the community provides.

This one was just okay. There was no garden or courtyard space, just a little patio. It's a smaller facility. There was only one little common area for activities, and a dining room. The hallways were tiny, which is not ideal for residents who need scooters to get around. They had a swimming pool, but nobody was using it. The facility looked like a hotel rather than a place of residence. It didn’t seem too exciting. I know I wouldn't be excited if I had to live there.

We chose The Abbewood because of the location of the facility itself. The staff members could use some improvement on their communication to families. He loves the food they are chef prepared meals. It has been hard because of the times, he went in right in the middle of covid and I haven't seen him much. But overall I would recommend to others looking.

I toured Cherry Creek on behalf of my loved one, and I thought that the community was very nice. However, it seemed to me that it would be too fancy. My loved one was looking for a place with a more cozy, money feel, so we continued our search.

ZERO for transportation to Appointments when needed and for shopping for persons in Independent Living. This is a huge disappointment. Residents have requested Changes and this problem has existed at some level for the year I've lived here! And some unknown months before I came here In [date removed] This is not OK! So I can't recommend for the Independent Living program Which otherwise has many good points.

They have good Activities Take you shopping Residents all very nice & helpful Areas to improve: Give you better Transportation to Doctors More nutritious food Make rooms fire safe Help. In helping to Assist you with tiny problems like help you pull on anklet socks etc. Very important is have someone at all times to open locked doors so people can get in to bring you things & to see you! More safety features!

Staff and residents are very friendly and engaging. As far as the food goes, they need more variety and better choices for the residents to pick from.

I think our situation is a bit different Papa still drives, so he's always gone, he sleeps & eats there, but would prefer to be always on the go. He does share some issues with the amount of staff turn over, the driver for the traveling club left because the facility was making him use his own money for gas, & the food is always an on going issue, to cold, no taste, not enough, just want to mention my papa is food driven so that plays a part in him being kind or unhappy

I would tell them that if their person is not completely cognizant and aware of everything that is going on around them that they should avoid the community immediately. If they choose to move into the facility I would strongly recommend multiple cameras in the room.

It's been great and a great value. Then a guest moved in that is causing problems and Mayfair says there is nothing they can do! So we are not happy with the director!!!

It was good. The retirement village was too expensive to maintain residence. The staff was stellar. One in fact by the name of [name removed] who I think was the managing director at the time actually was very instrumental in saving my life!! High praise for the staff - ALL of them. Me ka ha'aha'a me aloha piha!

The elevator in the skilled care building has been down at least a month and will be down for another few weeks. Elevator in Independent Living is unreliable. Food options on menu is not always available. Sometimes, salads or hotdogs or milk isn't even available. Rent increased but food options and taste decreased, driver to take to doctor visits are limited and elevator is Out of Order sometimes so no way to get downstairs.

My loved one moved out after 3 months. The food was terrible. The place is old it needs a face lift. The staff members there were all good! While my husband was there, both elevators were not working at one time. Fire code??? Drag the clients down he stairs on a blanket??? I would not recommend The Bridge at Lawrenceville?
