The staff is unprofessional. They show no caring for my family after my husband died. He had been a resident for 16 months and passed away there. Not a single person had the common courtesy to call and express their concern. All I heard was to come and clear out his room so they could paint and clean it for the next person. No activities when I visited and rude aids., except for a few good ones. [Name removed] was not a good representative. I would never ever recommend to anyone to put their loved ones at Emerald Crest Minnetonka. Very upset with the staff. I advocated for my husband because he couldn't do it for himself.
