Liked everything about it. Everyone was very helpful. Liked the underground parking area especially during wintertime.

We love Meadowview. Only a few incidents with my mom's account. They give you a $250 a month credit if you use their pharmacy. Which we do. They just were not quick to add the $250 credit to her account. It took many phone calls, emails and finally everything is running smoothly. Staff seems to change frequently (but who would want that job!) There are a few of the nurses that we LOVE. Lots of activities!! Lots of Happy Hours!! The management is a bit slow when there is a problem but they eventually make things right. It just might take a few emails. Our biggest struggle was with my mom is supposed to get a $250 a month credit for using their pharmacy and they were not giving her the credit. They owed us $1000 by the time we got it turned around. Other than that, we like it we did find out. We did find out they will never take Medicaid. Strictly cash pay. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. My mom complains about the food a lot, she said sometimes it's excellent and other times it's inedible.

It is EXCELLENT!! I can't say enough good things! Sydney, the activities director, has been there three years and does a fantastic job with memory care actives as well as including them when possible with the general assisted/independent living residents. Every so often a grade school nearby has a class come to play bingo with the general population; memory care is frequently included. They have church services for the memory care residents led by staff which includes a lesson and music. Staff are generally very kind and helpful. Management, for me, have been transparent, friendly, and easy to work with.

Some of the best, caring, loving caregivers I have ever seen! They truly care and have a full time activity gal that helps keep her active and smiling everyday. The care truly is top notch. It’s also is clean and they do a good job with the food.

We absolutely love this community. We love the “age in place” concept they offer. We fell in Love with the wooded area and pond! We are listing our townhome in the spring and plan on moving to Meadowview once it sells!

Mom loves the activities and visiting with all her new friends! We love seeing her so happy. Great caring staff and she raves about going to the restaurant for the great meals! We know she is in great hands.

Meadowview is AMAZING!! We love everything about it! New, modern, nursing staff is great, a few complaints about the food, but mostly great, shuttle bus service is awesome! We highly recommend!!

Staff easy to work with. Staff expresses consideration, respect, caring for patients and family. Activities director directly involved with patients with games several times per week. She also takes them to join independent/assisted living residents for "happy hour" & games. Occasionally has grade school children in to play bingo. Ample and good food. Supervision adequate for memory care. Pro & con: do not force (they gently guide) memory care patients to participate, accept cares, etc

Dad is safe, engaged and so happy! Staff has helped him feel right at home and he is proud to show us his new apartment when we go to see him! So thankful to have found Meadowview of Clive. Highly recommended!

I would recommend Elim for others. They made [name removed] move in go smooth and her apartment was clean and move in ready. I’m not the resident, and I helped my friend [name removed] find a more suitable safer place to live. I would like to see her try out some of the many activities, but she seems to be resisting participation.

5 stars! This is just what we were looking for for my sister. I loved the director and the nurse! I live in Sarasota and am not close to my sister... so I felt like I left her in much better hands... pure relief.

When it comes to the meals and dining, mom didn't comment either way and I never saw what she was served. Mom was not able or interested in participating. It is expensive but all senior living facilities are, but I would recommend Fargo Elim community to other families

My loved one is here and very happy! The staff is extremely flexible, kind, and does a great job. The building has many activities and is a great shape. Location is a 10.

Moved my parents to independent living but within the week my mom needed to be in memory care. The staff was very supportive in the move and helping us transition. My dad continues to stay in Indep living while my mom is in memory care. The staff that helps my mom have been wonderful. I’m happy to know she is safe and happy. My dad is also very happy that they made the move there even though change was hard. Would highly recommend seeing Meadowview of Johnston.

Meadowview Johnston is obviously a beautiful facility. Of far greater importance however is the atmosphere within. From the moment one enters, one senses of feeling of warmth and friendliness, an atmosphere created by an incredible staff starting with the director, [name removed], and continuing throughout the rest.This does not feel like an institution. Instead, It Feels Like Home, a feeling voiced by so many of the residents who live there. I doubt one can find a better place to call home

My mother has lived at Meadowview of Johnston for 6 months. This facility has been a great choice for her. The facility is on the smaller side, so she doesn't feel so overwhelmed. I like knowing that even though she's in independent living, staff are watching out for her and there are systems in place to keep her safe. Mom's apartment is the right size for her. Her one-bedroom unit with a generous closet and laundry space makes her feel like she can have enough of the items from her larger house with her. It's taken awhile, but Mom is starting to enjoy the activities. There is something to do every morning and afternoon with enough variety that she can find something that appeals to her even though she's introverted. A big selling point for both my mother and me is that she will be able to stay in place when she needs to upgrade to assisted living services. The price is very reasonable for the services provided. An assisted living facility with an independent level is rare.

Our experience at Meadowview has been nothing but excellent! Everyone has been very helpful & accommodating! They have a lot of fun activities & the food is very tasty with a lot of variety! Who wouldn't want to live here?

Meadowview is a very nice place. All the people there went out of there way to welcome my parents and get to know them. There are lots of fun activities for residents and their families throughout the month. An incredibly caring place and they always knew me too, as their daughter who would come visit. They would give me updates or just chat.

I tend to follow up with staff often, but that is because my dad isn’t always aware of what is happening. They only call if there is an issue. Would like some type off a weekly summary, but I haven’t seen one. Always see staff around and they know my dad and understand what he likes.

Clean, good smelling facility. The nursing staff is excellent. Someone checks in on my mom every hour or so to make sure she is attending meals and events. The administrative staff are always available to answer questions or help with any needs. very happy my mom has such good care.
