My brother and I had a very good experience when we toured the facility. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We found the facility to be very clean and well maintained. The staff answered all our questions and concerns for mom's care and needs. They did their care assessment and confirmed they would be able to take care of mom. The prices were in the ballpark with other facilities and lower on some of the items that mom needed for her care. Food smelled good, and did not find any strange odors. Activities weren't as important as mom is 95 and cannot participate.

One thing that really stood out to us and that popped out right away was the residents, they were just extremely friendly and our loved one is very social so that was really nice to see. Everyone that we have dealt with so far has been so friendly and helpful, the staff members are quick to respond to any questions that we have. Our loved ones medicine distribution is being taken care of and everything is so far so good.

This community was really good and the tour was great it just did not work for my loved one.

Overall it is a good community, the staff have been wonderful and now know everything about our loved one and family. The initial tour was nice, but we did have a rough start moving in. We did not have an first nurse assessment of our loved one, and they weren't going to do an assessment until a week after the move in. This stressed us out not being nurses and know how to care for our loved one if something happens. Make sure to have your loved assessed before move in. Other than that hiccup we would absolutely recommend this community, they have been fantastic. It is smaller so our loved one gets a lot of one on one attention. We like that everything is a la cart so we can pay for additional services if needed.

I would tell others that from the moment of first stepping in for a tour, I knew it would be home for my loved one. My loved one immediately sat down and said I'm home. My loved one made a lot of friends during the stay. The food was good for and my loved one really enjoyed the breakfast. The biggest complaint was the big portion sizes.

When looking for a place for Mom and from the time I walked in to visit the property it felt like a loving and caring place to be. Mom was so happy there and she said she was home when she moved in. The Staff cared for mom as if she was a part of their family.

They are very friendly and everybody knows everybody. It is a good size, but not too large. The staff is super and they are great. They are friendly and helpful. You get a sense of belonging here. The food is good here for the residents.

I was able to have a physical tour here, and it was good. It was maybe my second choice, due to convenience. I didn’t have a lot of time to make a decision, just a matter of days. I liked the location, and it had the second best apartment set-up that I had seen. I liked ones that felt more homey, like a true apartment instead of a hotel room. The director was a little bit dismissive to some of my concerns though, so that kind of turned me off.

The community does really feel like a community, and I feel like I know the staff and they take good care of my loved one. communication is good between the staff and our family they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others based on my expereience.

My experience was during COVID. The staff has been consistent and are centered on the residents care. The staff was good at answering phone calls, returning messages in a timely manner.

We moved my family member in there and she has had the best experience out of all the assisted living facilities. The space is warm and welcoming. The staff know your name when you come to visit, and really care for their residents. There are activities daily to keep residents engaged. They celebrate the small things and even through the pandemic, Lake Ridge did a great job keeping everyone safe. They have given us peace of mind durning the difficult times of last year that our loved one is well taken care of, and her best interests are at the heart of what they do. Thank you!

I am very thankful for the support recieved from the staff at Lake Ridge Assisted Living. They have done so well to keep my dad safe and free of Covid19. Plus they have work so very hard to be creative and provide activities for the residents since they were confined to their rooms....i know my dad liked the activities!!! I also want to thank the nurses for their patience when my dad can be short tempered at times. These are hard times for everyone...not that I am excusing the behavior but it is understandable. Everyone there has been great to work with and my dad couldnt be there without any one of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Good experience

LRM is the perfect home for my sister. She loves it there. All staff are top notch in their jobs. I can see that they truly love the people who live there & show kindness & respect to all.

During the short period of time we were there, we only had a good experience with this community. The staff members were all good and so helpful. We really liked the manager, she was just terrific and helped us get acquainted with the other residents. The food was good, and the rooms were on the smaller side but big enough.

My Mother-in-law moved in very recently, but seems to be adjusting very well, and is very happy. This is extremely significant, because she really resisted moving into Assisted Living. Her rooms are very nice; the facility is of modest size, but warm and friendly; the staff and the services they provide are superb. We are able to work very effectively with the staff from a distance, which is vital to us, because nearest family is 400 miles away. We're in the loop, and the staff has made us part of her care team. We are so grateful!! And she sounds absolutely chipper!!

Our family had just decided the day before my search, we needed to place my mom into a care center. Within one hour of giving my info online and a Place for Mom contacting me I had 4 options with appointments scheduled for us that day and the next. We were able to focus on what was important for Mom. We found Augustana Chapel View apartments. She moved in within two weeks. I never could have arranged all that by myself so quickly. The most important value received was guidance on options to think about. I received amazing effective information. I have recommended this agency to anyone willing to listen.

Not only a well-kept, clean, and welcoming community but the quality of care is unsurpassed. My grandmother is receiving the most professional and compassionate care of her life at Cornerstone. Cannot speak highly enough of this community!
