We are very lucky to have my mom at BSC! She is very happy and it's been like family. All of the executive staff know each resident and their families by name. They gently encourage participation in the daily activities which gets residents out of their rooms, creating friendships. I know that when I go out of town, which is frequently, I have the peace of mind that my mom will be safe and cared for.

[name removed] gave an amazing tour of the facility and showed us many of the offerings and amenities. Very spacious apartments and welcoming atmosphere. Felt like we were up north at a resort. I love it and hope my mom chooses Rose Arbor!

Brookdale Cypress Lakes Assisted Living stands out in Fort Myers, Florida as our Best Choice for a New Home for our Mom!! She loves it! This quality facility has a caring, friendly and proactive staff - and a vibrant activity calendar with amenities that outshine most Assisted Living facilities! The price was a value better than anywhere we had toured, and made it possible for Mom to live this ‘next stage of life’ in such a beautiful, family-like Community! We wholeheartedly recommend you bring your loved one’s for a tour at Brookdale Assisted Living, Cypress Lakes before making a final decision - We sure are so glad we did!!!

Activities, friendly staff, good food, very pleasant vibes always. The surroundings are beautiful, people are friendly, a concerned and caring staff. Overall a great place to live.

When I compared with the [community removed], which cost the same amount, the Dr. Phillips location is so much more upscale and beautiful and location is better too for class of living and everyone has been extremely friendly. I have never had a call about a concern with mom since I moved her in [date removed]. I have gone to visit mom every couple of days since I moved her in and have been extremely happy with the kindness of all of the staff

My grandma has been living here at Beckett Meadows for a couple of years in assisted living. There are some wonderful staff members who treat us like family. Resident Care Coordinator [name removed] is especially wonderful and takes care of any and all issues. Med tech [name removed] is very warm and always greets my grandma with great kindness. [name removed] too is responsive and there for us- she is a caregiver and med tech. [name removed] is a beloved caregiver for us- she even does my grandma’s hair with curlers and makes her feel beautiful. There are others too! The facilities are dated and there are some cosmetic problems, but the people who take care of the residents really care and do a good job. Thank y’all for treating my grandma so respectfully.

My mother moved into Beckett Meadows last November 2025. The staff & administration have been amazing! They go above & beyond trying to help families with their loved ones! From [names removed], to the caregivers such as [names removed]… I could go on & on! Each person truly tries to share love & care for the residents. They do their best to help these lovely souls live out their days in dignity. Thank you for being the hands & feet of Christ! You are a blessing & your compassion is priceless to our family.

My mom was a resident of Brookdale Beckett Meadows for about 6 years. She had a spacious apartment, a team of very caring staff ([names removed]to name a few) and a community of neighbors who were warm and kind. Her care was well-coordinated and I always felt secure in her safety. Would recommend this facility with no hesitation.

My sister has been at this facility for several years and the staff has been wonderful to her, especially [name removed]. She has been so kind to my sister and goes above and beyond to help my sister. The facility is nice and there always seems to be something going on for the residents to be involved in.

My 97 year old mother spent her last 2 months in memory care at Beckett Meadows. From our first day meeting [name removed]and her staff I knew we were in good hands. They were so very supportive and helpful all the way to the end. My mother loved being there and we loved how much they cared for her.

It is a very nice place but I think that he needs more care then what they offer. He is more like total care. I have someone that comes into my home to care for him. Thank you for trying to help me. This whole thing has been heavy on my heart.

I think the staff is extremely friendly and hopeful my sister is loving the food menu selection is outstanding, and the overall value I think is the best we have seen, and we are not disappointed at all with our choice.

My sister seems much more calm and relaxed. She has adjusted well. Brookdale has called and sent emails to update me. The staff is positive and available.
