Brookdale

Brookdale Clinton has been a Godsend for my mother. I used to worry about her all the time and now the peace of mind I have is priceless. The staff at Brookdale is so kind and caring. The campus is beautiful- lots of places to walk outside. There's a chapel and they have Sunday School and church services. There's even a paved path to the Clinton library. The food is good, the care givers and the nurses are great. I can't say enough good things about how much we love Brookdale Clinton! Best decision I have ever made for my mother. Just go visit!

I recently visited a friend in Memory Care, and I couldn't believe how nice the community was. The residents and staff were engaged in activities and seemed very happy. This is definitely a place I would consider for my loved one if we needed a true Memory Care.

Very friendly, clean, organized. Not sure of prices but are still looking for a good place for mom. If we can do price we will move mom here. very nice.

I was skeptical before I arrived, I was concerned if my mother would fit in to a senior living. I was so pleased with the at home atmosphere and the front porch where families were visiting. In their activity room there was a dominos train game going on and everyone was laughing and having such a good time. Now I will feel better about bringing my mom to see it.

I was thoroughly impressed with this facility. They went above and beyond to make my father feel welcome and comfortable there. The entire staff was so kind and caring with him. They are just accommodating in every way. I highly reccomend Brookdale to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

[name removed] conducted the tour of the full facility, and he was gracious, very informative, and was clearly comfortable in his role. The residents knew him, the facility staff was respectful and welcoming, and the place was spotless. Absolutely set the standard for the rest of the retirement villages that the family as toured over the past 3 weeks.

Don’t know enough about it yet to leave a review. I can say that this my 1st choice for my loved one, and I pray that they will accept him for respite care.

We really enjoyed our tour of Brookdale - The staff were kind and welcoming but not overly performative so it felt natural. The tour felt paced well, not rushed and covered all details or corners of the building. Answered all my dad's questions with care, Finding a place for my dad has been a challenging experience. Brookdale isn't new and shiney, however, it's a clean and well maintained building filled with warm and engaged staff. I'm excited to get my dad moved in and spend time there visiting him.

I enjoyed my tour and found it very informative. The facility was clean, cheery and the residents were engaged with the activities. The sales rep explained to us, my husband and I, what the staff does and what activities are like as well as the menu. We talked about health issues and how they work medication as well as any health appointments. Any of the residents we met were happy and busy with socializing or outside enjoying the day, since it was a warm day. It is certainly on our list to visit with our dad to get his opinion.

They were very nice. They interacted well with the residents. The rooms were a good arrangement. Everything looked clean. The outdoor area was very nice and the residents had easy access to it.

Everyone at the New Hope Brookdale facility has been very helpful & concerned about my mother-in-law's transition from moving from her home to assisted living. At 92 years old, her quick adjustment to Brookdale has been remarkable. She loves all the staff!

All of the staff at Brookdale were excellent and gave us such a warm welcome we felt that we were part of their family right away. Everything was extremely high quality from the friendliness to the cleanliness to the quality of care to the activities. The kindness and compassion of all the caregiver staff was incredible, especially the head nurse [Name Removed]. She helped me with very difficult decisions that I couldn’t have made alone, and she spent so much time with us during my husband’s last four days. It made all the difference in the world. I give Brookdale Eisenhower the highest recommendation possible.

Our family is very happy with Brookdale. Caregivers are exceptional, very caring. We feel mom's needs are being met more than. The facility itself is well-maintained and warm and friendly.

Friendliness of staff and other residents. In-laws meeting new people and making new friends. They are out and about more and watching less TV.

I was impressed with the staff at Brookdale Gaines Ranch. Everyone was very professional, skilled and caring. The quality of care was outstanding. There was always someone available if a problem arose. The number of activities on the weekly calendar was amazing! There were classes, groups and outside activities that anyone could attend. Each day was filled with activities to do. No one would be bored at Brookdale Gaines Ranch! The food was satisfactory and varied. The menu leaned on meat. Vegetarians might find it hard to eat from the menu on some days. The public spaces and individual rooms were clean and well maintained. Trash was removed daily and rooms were cleaned once a week.

I can only answer on the basis of one visit. I will give the facility 5 stars based on everything I observed; from [Name Removed] to all the happy and friendly staff to the looks of the facility.

All the staff I had contact with were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Tyler South.

They are great to work with. Their base price was $[removed] less than the other 3 facilities I researched.

Brookdale Sylvan Ranch is a good choice for memory care management. I've been pleased with their care and surprisingly, curmudgeon [Name Removed] seems happy.

Brookdale was the perfect place fo my uncle!! It's a smaller more intimate setting where everyone knows everyone like a family. The staff treats residents like friends and never talks down to them like children. The administration was so helpful to us from the first day I came in to tour the place for my uncle. My uncle loves the nurses and aides who always make him feel special and they check on him often. He loves the food and the 2 chefs have become his friends. They often come out and make sure my uncle doesn't have any complaints about his meal. They take requests from the residents on meals they would like to see on the menu. When my uncle needed a little physical therapy the staff developed a special therapy just for him. There are always activities for the residents going on in th activity room and they celebrate all the holidays. The head nurse, [Name Removed], checks on my uncle on a regular basis and communicates with me as to how she feels he is doing not only physically but emotionally too. He feels truly cared for there!!
