The sitters provided to help us watch and care for our 82 year old Parkinsons father have been life savers! They listen and communicate and have given my family the assistance we need that allows us to know he’s cared for when we can’t be with him. They’re knowledgeable and very helpful with his care. We are so glad we found them to help us during his difficult recovery away from home.

Home Matters entered our lives with kindness, professionalism, and understanding as my Dad was on hospice. Although it was only a few days we needed them, we couldn't have done it without them. We are grateful we choose Home Matters.

When my Dad entered Hospice care, I wanted to find a caregiver to provide companionship and oversight for him on the weekends, as the facility where he lives is often understaffed and I live out of state. I called six agencies and only Home Matters was able to find a caregiver for us. And what a gem! She provided an invaluable service to to our family by easing my Dad’s loneliness (he very enjoyed the time she spent with him) and she was able to keep an eye on things for me in my absence. Ezra Home care provided caregivers for my mother for several years and then for my dad for over a year. Their caregivers were kind, patient, and helpful. They were also reliable. They performed personal care, light housekeeping, and provided rides or accompanied my parents for shopping and doctor appointments. The administrative office was responsive and efficient. When my mom moved into long-term care, my dad felt he did not need as much care, but in hindsight, [name removed] said that [name removed] would have been flexible in arranging fewer hours. [name removed]has been a wonderful help to the family, he’s been amazing with helping around the house and being here for us. He stays a little extra when needed, very flexible, always on time, and overall he’s become like a son to me. He just fit into the family.

We have had the honor of having the best caregiver for over 2 years now and he has been a true blessing to us. We think of him as a part of our family now. He has a wonderful demeanor and has been instrumental in helping to keep my husband at home during a difficult time in our lives. My husband came home from a rehabilitation facility just about 10 months ago and he requires a lift to move from place to place as he cannot stand or walk. Home Matters has been with us since he arrived home and it has been quite a journey for all of us. Home Matters has been so thoughtful and responsive for every turn in the road. I found myself and my husband having to deal with life turned upside down and Home Matters has been the rock we could lean on. Did we face some personnel problems along the way? Yes, but we were able to work them through as a team. Our journey continues and we feel very blessed to have Home Matters with us as we move forward.

We reached out to Endeavor after a hospital/rehab stay for a family member. They came highly recommended from the Mesa rehab facility where we had a great experience so we felt good about their recommendation. From the start, they have been very helpful, responsive, and kind. They met with us in our home to determine the services that were needed as well as what our family member would like in a caregiver. They offer a variety of services and availability to assist the client in their home. Our family member had some concerns and reservations with someone she didn't know in her home and driving her to appts/errands, but she/we could not be happier with the female caregiver they found for her. Endeavor shares that they want to find someone you can trust and create a friendship with, and this has been what they have done. Would highly recommend their services and have even shared their company to several friends that are in a similar situation with family members.

Endeavor has been extremely helpful as I have transitioned back to my home. They met with me and my family to identify what specifically I would need assistance with as well as what I was looking for in an at home caregiver. They matched me with a perfect individual that has assisted me with everything from grocery shopping, driving me to appointments, to helping me with my ironing. I enjoy our twice a week visits together!

Everything is great, the girls are here for me when I need my showers and are ready to help in anyway. I absolutely praise them they are eager to help me , are always on time and happy to help which I appreciate

Endeavor is by far the best home care company to have assist your loved ones. Not only did they care for my grandmother but they treated her like their own grandparent. I would highly recommend Endeavor. Our advisor was extremely helpful in getting a sitter for my Dad on the same day I called! The caregivers were great and very helpful with my Dad. We were under a lot of stress and Endeavor eased a lot of it.

My brother has been receiving help from Synergy for a few years now and they have truly treated him like a member of their own families! He needs help with transportation to appointments and doing household chores, taking medication correctly, etc. The staff’s assistance has allowed him to live independently in a familiar environment despite his disability. He had a serious health issue a few months ago and I couldn’t be there (I live out of state.) and The owner went personally to bring my brother home from the hospital and got him settled in after he was discharged. Their consistent, loving care has allowed my brother to retain his dignity and allowed me to care for my own family’s needs a thousand miles away. I can’t recommend them more highly!

We interviewed 5 in home care companies before selecting Endeavor. We have been very pleased with our decision. It has allowed our now 87 year old mother to remain in the comfort of her own home. When my mother turned 85 she was starting to need help around the house, so the family pitched in, but it became a little bit too much for us. A Place for Mom referred us over to Assisting Hands. They did a really good job. To to start out they came to my house and asked a whole lot of questions to make sure they understand what the care need was for my mother, and then they went off and introduced us to the Caregiver. When the caregiver arrived she was amazing and got along with my mom. They did a really good job finding a match for my mom

She is reliable and we work well together. She works efficiently when I need her and she understands when times change and we work things out for another time. When my daughter is busy I have [name removed]step in and she’s become a great friend
