My mother and I are so grateful to Director [name removed], the scheduling, admin team and caregivers at Amada for their dedication in ensuring my mother has professional, safe and compassionate care. We really appreciate they go above and beyond in taking the individual needs of their clients seriously! ??And we love our caregivers!?? their staff are always accessible by PHONE in an era where many agencies are not willing talk with their clients and loved ones caring for them when needed. [name removed] takes her work to heart, and we appreciate her, and her team's personal connection with us! We highly recommend Amada above all over agencies, as there are others that may be out of touch with the needs of their clients and family members caring for them! We have dealt with agencies for 8 yrs (past 3 w/Amada) and Amada caregivers has shown what personalized, caring supportive care really means. They are not afraid to let go of caregivers who are not a good fit and take thier clients seriously!

Not experienced as cleaners, but understandable that they were to handle light duty only. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare of Greenfield to other families looking for a home care service for their loved ones.

The entire staff went above and beyond. I don't know what I would have done without them. When my Mom died they came and sat with me until hospice arrived. They have stayed in touch with me and check on me often. I would use them to take care of me

This is a good company if you’re looking for care for your loved ones. The owner is very detailed and works hard to send the caregivers that work well with our family. They are a punctual and responsible company. The caregivers are warm and capable. Love it!

Ultimately, my mom didn't need long term care but I would always consider going back to them if she ever does, and I would recommend them to my Michigan friends and family.

My elderly mother lived in a retirement community and had Alzheimer’s. Our family was supporting her needs and bringing joy to her world 7 days a week. But we needed respite and more help as her needs increased. Help included meal prep, med management, enrichment activities, light housekeeping and companionship. Home Matters exec and office staff were responsive in listening to my mom’s needs and adapting as we went. The care providers were thoughtful and savvy about Alzheimer’s. In addition to addressing her core needs, they really brought joy to my mom’s life. [name removed] was an especially amazing care provider that was creative in engaging with our mom so she laughed and smiled. When our mom had a catastrophic fall she went into hospice. Home Matters was able to respond with 1 day of our request for 24 hour care with hospice-experienced care providers. They were compassionate and helpful in my mom’s final days. I highly recommend Home Matters in-home care.

I highly recommend Advantage and had the best experience with them. We were overwhelmed trying to take care of our family member in need. Their caregivers came in and took that challenge off of us and we could not have done this without them.
