Home Matters Caregiving worked diligently to find the best caregivers for my mom. It took a few tries (my mom can be a little stubborn) but we finally found the best great caregivers for full time care. They became part of our family and even spent holidays with us! The peace they gave me knowing that my mom would never be alone was priceless. I highly recommend Home Matters Caregiving to anyone who is struggling with aging family. They always go above and beyond.

[Names removed] made us feel very comfortable from the beginning, which was really nice. They were very helpful and informative, with this being all new to us. They were also great with communication.

I hired Home Matters in 2019 to care for my husband while I was working. He passed away in 2020. Fast forward to 2021 when I had an accident that left me needing care 7 days a week to start my day. In 2 years they didn’t let me down.

Home Matters Caregiving is a very welcoming and caring agency. Their staff and associates care for their patients as if they were their own family. They are very professional and definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

There were some difficulties at first with the office staff, but those are fixed. The three caregivers we have are excellent! We all are very happy with them. All the caregivers interact well with [name removed] , as well as with me and others in the "family." I am not there when [name removed] has his dinner, so I can't say from personal observation. He seems satisfied. There aren't many activities. I am pleased that the caregiver always go with [name removed] when, for example, he goes to the patio - even if I or other "family members" are with him. I have no other agency to compare with. But I will say 5.

Great staff with specific attention to constructing a care plan that will benefit the patient in all aspects of healing at home, like physical therapy, medications, meal prep, bathing, etc. Knowledgeable employees with RN supervised care and licensed Caregivers on call 24/7. Will definitely recommend!

[name removed] is phenomenal and felt like family right away. All the caregivers were punctual, presented themselves well, cared for my family like it was theirs, they were knowledgeable and we felt safe having them in our home.

I think the care givers were very caring. They did write in the communication book that we had for them. The agency always filled any sick calls. The only negative was the medication error, which was in part due to communication. She probably should have looked at the schedule written rather than relying on my dad. I would recommend A Place at Home and the staff who came to our house.

It was a pleasure to have initial contact and intake with your company. 5 for the staff as everyone was very friendly. Our care giver [name removed] tried to keep dad active with trips out and puzzles and talking. I was not there in the house with them to evaluate the others items. Right At Home is an incredible resource for SD County . They understand the complexity of elder needs and the challenges that come with the myriad of care giving scenarios for families. All were very professional and easy to work and just get it

We are currently using home care services through Essential Care Santa Clara for my loved one and everything has been great for us so far. It's been a great experience. The best part is my loved one's caregivers' friendly, reliable manner. My loved one has already grown to like her. I would absolutely recommend home care services through Essential Care Santa Clara to others!

We haven't had a caregiver we didn't like. The office works with you to meet your needs. Our loved one is always dressed appropriately. The staff and caregivers are friendly. The care is excellent. I Haven't had any meals cooked, but there very helpful in feeding my Mother. My mother doesn't care about activities, but the caregivers are willing to do them.

I have nothing but positives to report. Her primary worker [name removed] is able to get her motivated to do things. Gets her moving and doing. Caring and understanding are two good adjectives. They have more patience than I do. They can focus fully on her at the time.

We cannot rate the meals and dining service as my husband fixes his own meals. However the activities gets a 5+++ rating as they have gotten him to do physical therapy. It is an excellent value for the money! We would absolutely recommend We Care Private Home Care to other families based on the experience we have had so far!

I use ComForCare Home Care services for my loved one. It has been easy to contact [name removed] if any issues or scheduling changes have arisen. I have not had to contact him for any reason other than a scheduling change, but when I did reach out to him he was very responsive, and reached out to me personally by phone when he thought there might have been a need that needed to be addressed. I can't speak for someone who may have more complicated issues or needs, but our needs are being met quite satisfactorily at this point. I have, and will continue to, recommend ComForCare Home Care services to others.

What our family likes the most about the HomeWell Care Services of Seabrook is the overall friendliness of their staff team, the quality of care they have shown our loved one and the overall value for cost. We would recommend this HomeCare service to other families.
