Staff is conscientious. We laugh and giggle. I feel safe with them getting out of the bath tub. We accomplish many tasks. I enjoy [name removed] company immensely!

I was working with three other top name agencies and they were unable to find me coverage. Communication was very poor also. I found Katrix by accident and WOW what a difference. I had coverage the next day. I they don’t miss a beat with scheduling and are flexible if something comes up. I get the same caregivers. They are kind, companionate, and gentle. They take excellent care of our parents and make our lives worry free. Katrix is the BEST.

The caretakers with the Homewell Care Services were very professional and caring. When our loved one had a stroke they reached out to our family to see if we needed anything additional. Based on the experience we had with them, we would recommend them to other families.

Synergy HomeCare was so wonderful to work with, they gave us the opportunity to leave the house and run the necessary errand we weren't always able to do. They are a very trustworthy team of workers. The communication with the management team was great and all the care takers were excellent. The care taker who ended up staying the longest with us [name removed] was fantastic.

she was able to get us the help we needed within hours and no one else could get that done. we are so thankful for that. we only used their hospice service for 1 night, but the first person we had, she was absolutely amazing. she explained the process we'd be going through and was very knowledgeable when it came to hospice care. they gave us a peace of mind having someone with us during that time. they made our loved ones life transition so much better for us. the only thing that kind of surprised me was that they were unable to administer medication, I thought they were nurses, but they may have been LPN's. aside from that one expectation, I have nothing but positive things to say about Katrix LLC.

The caregiver was a good fit to take care of my loved one. In home care is provided Monday through Friday, they assist with cognitive exercises, companionship, and light cooking for my loved one. [Name removed] has been great and she reaches out to us to see how things are going.

Ezra Home Care is an extremely professional organization with exceedingly kind staff and caregivers. The communication and flexibility of the office was spectacular and adjusted to the unpredictable nature of home elder care situations with grace. When my parent recovered and no longer needed services, I felt as though we said goodbye to a cherished member of our extended family. I am so grateful for their expertise and know we can rely upon them as needed in the future.

The management team has been really good to work with, and the care taker [name removed] was super friendly and sweet. She was very flexible with our families needs, very caring and understanding with our loved one.

They are doing their job and my dad has been happy with his caretakers he has had thus far. We have been pleased with the services that they are providing.

The Pink Hearts Home Care Services was so good for our mom, they really worked out well. Everyone was great and we would recommend them to other families.

They are fantastic. The aides communicate well. My loved one likes to go for a walk. Her aides take her for considerable walks a few times a week. The regular staff were great. Our main helper does such a great job on Monday through Friday. I am very very happy with them. I have used other agencies before and this one is a night and day difference. The owner is awesome.

I would for sure recommend this community for your loved one. The lady that we had was great with my loved one and always did things when needed. We were very satisfied with the services.

Caring for the Coast came to our family's rescue when our mother, whose independence was curtailed by dementia, suddenly became a widow. Caring for the Coast met with us on short notice and conducted a thorough and efficient intake meeting. Collaboratively, they designed a plan of care that enabled our mother to stay living in her home. They provided companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, social interaction, activities, and errands. All the caregivers are highly professional, well trained, They all go above and beyond their basic job requirements. On the administrative level, the owners and managers are organized, efficient, thorough, and a joy to work with. In working with them to craft the individual plans of care that continue to evolve for our mother, they demonstrate a high level of flexibility and creativity and always have valuable insights. We wholeheartedly recommend them as they continue to put the best of "care" in Caring for the Coast.

My parents love the service they have been providing for the last 3 years. The staff is always there for us since my brother, and I live out of state. They do everything for them and when we visit everything is in place, clean and meals in the fridge!
