Company was definitely a big help to our family with the sudden death of my mom came right in and assisted with my dads needs and was not only caring but consoling to his emotional needs. Thanks for having such wonderful caregivers and supporting team.

Eastcoast Caregivers provided my family much needed assistance in transitioning my husband from the Maine Veterans Home in Scarborough, back to our home in Falmouth Maine. Eastcoast Caregivers is located at 94 Auburn Street, Portland, Maine and is owned and operated by [name removed] and her husband [name removed]. Our family met with [name removed]to discuss my husband's care needs. [name removed]is extremely knowledgeable, and she gave us options on the cost of care and was a delight to work with. [name removed]developed a plan of care in great detail. [name removed]made sure to attend all the meetings with the nursing home and he provided valuable knowledge and advice. He was always encouraging and by our side in a critical and stressful chapter of our life. [name removed]ensured our home was up to house safety and fall prevention standards. We used Hummingbird for only a few days before my father went to a memory care home. The owner of Hummingbird was absolutely wonderful. The aides that he send were very capable and caring. I would absolutely use them again if we ever needed help, and I would absolutely recommend Hummingbird to friends.

Overall experience was very positive. Both phone and in person staff very friendly And empathetic. While services were only used briefly, they were well worth the cost. My wife was already in hospice care when we engaged your services. The health care attendants who visited helped with personal hygiene. In doing so, they showed caring and tenderness. They helped my wife to end her life with dignity and respect.

Endeavor Home Health Care Care Now Services [name removed] is a wonderful aide. She Helps me with laundry, and all the housekeeping Chores. I look forward to having her come. Endeavor has been very good to work with

Nova was a brand-new agency and the Owner eager to offer the kind of services she had been offering when with [agency name removed] and the old owner. We signed a new contract the first week in [date removed]. The billing has been seamless; I get invoices on Sunday to review, and they are drawn from the bank on Monday. The cost/hour increased tov[fee removed] to reflect inflation and their mileage costs, etc. Our service usage has always been irregular; we need a companion for [name removed]when I am away; no need for a caretaker on a daily basis. We are contracted for a minimum of 12 hours/week; frequently we don’t use all that time, but still pay for it. My massage therapist is out of commission due to an injury, and I have not found another for the time being. We have had a number of caregivers; most were seasoned and trained ( I think transfers from [agency name removed]). We had one that was definitely not a good match, and we mutually agreed to not have her back. Currently we have a steady regular that we both really like. However, she is trying hard to get on with the USPS, which will mean a change. We live in Los Lunas, and apparently it is difficult to get caregivers to travel here (only 25 miles from Abq.). So far, we are happy with Nova. [name removed]is always responsive, by phone or text. W have never, to date, had a “no show”. [name removed] has covered a shift when she could not get someone to fill in on short notice. The cost is significant weekly, but well worth it for a number of reasons, which includes my being able to get out and have mental health time, as I am the social butterfly half of this team.

I needed help for my dad while my mom was in a care center recovering from surgery. We set an appointment and the meeting went very well and we were hooked up with a care taker named "[name removed]". She came over to meet my dad and get the feel of the house and her duties. They hit it off very quickly and I felt very comfortable and assured that my dad was in good hands. Seniors Helping Seniors was the perfect answer for my family as my parents for now do choose to remain in their home. I highly recommend them.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the director, and the placement of the aide, and the aide herself. She has shown tremendous compassion to my entire family. She is kind, caring, my mother with dementia lights up when she comes into my parents home. I would highly recommend this facility for in home care. We couldn’t be more pleased about how they have worked with us and kept us informed every step of the way.

First Light offered a light at the end of the tunnel for me and my husband. Mom doesn’t require much now, but knowing that honest, qualified caregivers are available to give us some breathing room is incredible. Home Instead has been wonderful finding a perfect home care provider for my mom. If a caregiver doesn’t fit with my mom, they are great at finding one that does. Their patient care help line is available 24 hours which gives me great peace of mind
