Burdean Quality Caregivers have truly been a blessing to our family. You hear of so many horror stories and experiences with other service providers, that it made choosing the right caregiver a difficult and somewhat scary decision. Which is why our family is so thankful for Burdean Quality Caregivers. The communication is on point, scheduling is a breeze, the caregivers are patient, compassionate, they take the time to listen to our needs, and always arrive ON TIME! 1. Overall experience. 5 The overall experience was very good. Everyone was good to work with and very kind to our dad and us. 2. Reliability and Punctuality 4- everything went smoothly. I think we had one time where one of the sitters had trouble with a ride, but it worked out fine. 3. Ease of Starting Care. 5-They made it very easy for a first time. 4. Communication and Responsiveness. 5- The communication and responsiveness was very good. Everyone was helpful and friendly. 5. Friendliness. 5- all the sitters were very friendly and very good with dad and us. 6. Quality of Care. 4- some had a lot of experience and one was building experience. That is very understandable. The rough nights , we had very experienced sitters which helped us when he passed. 7. Value for Cost. 4 -I realize the cost of good quality service is hard to come by. You always wish the cost was lower, but I feel good with what we paid and the service we received.

Our contact person, [name removed], has been great in a slightly difficult situation. Two of the caregivers have been outstanding but have had to leave for various reasons. One of the caregivers has been not reliable and we are not thrilled with. If we discuss this with [name removed] I am sure she will adjust. They are very responsive.

This happened when we first encountered Dynamic Health Care. It was not an introduction about why they were better than others we talked with but rather the genuine interest in how they could help. They listened, they offered solutions, and they understood the challenges we faced! They are flexible, attentive, and never missed giving us updates each day that we were not there in person. Their staff showed these same characteristics, and this speaks volumes about their training, protocols, and shared interest in our peace of mind.

Caregiver was kind and compassionate. He quickly bonded with my husband. Reliability- always or on time or early. Ease of starting care-Came to our home explained what the caregiver can do and who she had in mind. Signed an easy to read and understand agreement. Communication- [name removed] was always quick to respond.

My mother's primary caretaker has been a great match for her. She is very caring, conscientious, and has a real sense of my mother's needs. The Always There management has been very responsive and professional. Someone is always available to answer any questions. Our family is very happy with Always There.
